It was fabulous. Spotlessly clean, decent size room. Our dog was catered for with food bowls and a blanket. Staff very helpful. Breakfast excellent choices.

Only downer was we had to eat our breakfast outside as dogs were not allowed into the restaurant. The lobby area where we could have eaten , chairs were too low for my husband who had mobility issues. Would have been nice to have area in restaurant sectioned off for families with dogs.

I really think you let your brand down by not having free water provided in the room. I do not expect this to pay additional for such a basic item

I especially like the following 2 areas: - It has its own basement car park which has a lift that reach directly to the floor we stay. Need to pay though. - The breakfast is of great value at €14.50, the spread is similar to the other hotels that charge €20 or above. Besides the usual variety of bread, it even provides cheese cake 😘

Nice hotel, located well within easy walking distance of the town centre.

The rooms were modern and clean. The bed was comfortable, I liked the built-in closet/shelving unit which made the room seem more spacious and easy to keep tidy. There is a small mini bar that I was able to put a few small items in. There was instant coffee and tea bags in the room and a reasonably priced breakfast buffet. The bathroom was spacious. There is an elevator and free underground parking. The rooms have two single beds that are pushed together to make a king sized bed or divided into 2 single beds. There is a chair that can be unfolded into a single bed. They have apples and mint flavored water at the reception desk.

We ate in the restaurant the first night and they were under staffed but the food was good for a hotel.

Air conditioner is making some low frequency noise consistently which is extremely annoying Also next to the Main Street, very noisy outside

The breakfast coffee machine churns out substandard cappuccinos-please upgrade your coffee, it makes a big difference in ratings!

The location is a 10 min walk from the center, I think it's not bad as the area is quieter but the view from the room was amazing. We could see the Neuschwanstein castle from our window! The room was clean, you could connect the TV to your phone easily and watch youtube videos directly to the TV. The room had AC as well which was great.

I think the staff wasn't very welcoming when we did the check-in, they continually looked at each other, almost like being confused when we first arrived. That made me feed very unwelcome as I haven't had this experience in the past. They also couldn't find my country in the list somehow.
