Cleanliness, there were fingerprints and lipstick marks on the glasses, the tea spoons were used. On arrival the room was not clean, it wasn't disgusting, but it wasn't clean. The coffee maker was not ready to use. The first morning the maid entered the room, took away one of the towels, didn't replaced it, and left the bed undone.

Overall, there was a noticeable lack of cleanliness. The lift remained dirty for most of the week, and the gym was not well-maintained. Housekeeping did not clean the rooms daily, and towels were only changed upon request. Most days, no one even checked my room. The carpeted floor in the room was not properly cleaned, and the pillow was both uncomfortable and stained. Unfortunately, it was not a great experience in terms of cleanliness.

All the staff are simply amazing—extremely friendly and always eager to help. The breakfast was excellent, the space was lovely, and the fresh bread served daily was absolutely delicious.

Room was not available at 2pm check in. Waited til 3pm in the lobby. Sink in the bathroom was leaking bad so we couldnt use it and used water from the shower. Even we reported it, it was not fixed

Shower would need an update, it looks a bit old and some parts started to not work properly. Breakfast was very poor. I didn't expect a Michelin star breakfast but it didn't have too many food options.

Pillows were like so so flat , Breakfast ran out quickly and not massive choice but done the job and nice surprise as wasn’t expected. staff were pretty rude majority of the time and the gym was useless with no sauna working . We think they lied and it never works or is on.

The breakfast was at the low end of what I consider acceptable in a business hotel. The shower in the bathroom has almost no hot water. After the first night I advice the frond desk of the problem, and usually the answer "it will be fix" but noting happens.

The room itself looks bit old. Here and there some signs of wear/old. One of the faucet wasn't working. Ow and indeed the free breakfast was not worth to check, just some coffee, bread an chees/ham. Nothing else really

Staff were very friendly, location was near the city centre, also parking was oke. Very swift check in process. I like the build in radio in the room. Has a fitness room and sauna but have not used it.

There is a lot of construction in the area, especially near the train station. Therefore, navigating the temporary tunnels and pathways can be very confusing for a visitor.

There was a problem with the hygenie delivery service and there was no soap. I had extra effort to get soap and find a room with soap....

It is close to train station and facilities nearby. the room was enough for relaxation . the staff was helpfull.
