It is hard to find fault when the hotel is as cheap as this was. This is a clearly a no frills hotel, the TV only played radio channels (my limited language stopped me from asking). The decoration of the room felt a little tired and like it could benefit from a refresh. I'm not sure if there was a breakfast/food option as I wasn't told nor did I ask. I feel like I was more of an irritant, especially given my German is non-existent and the English of the staff i interacted with was very limited, however, they were kind enough to allow me a very late booking and arrival. Please don't think these minor "negatives" would stop me from using these facilities again. With Hotel Riede you get what you pay for.

It was quite cheap and available for a late, last minute check in. The room was an adequate size and clean.

Old women is very arrogant and have no respect for customers. Everything is very dirty and stinky. The bathroom is full with mold and spider webs, toilet was yellow from piss. Horrible experience. I recommend avoiding this "Hotel".

Hallo I would like to address an issue regarding my stay at your hotel today. I booked a room for myself and brought my boyfriend as a guest. I made it clear at the reception that he would not be staying overnight. While I was in the room with him, a staff member (old lady) knocked on the door and attempted to open my bathroom door without my permission. I informed her that my boyfriend was inside and naked, yet she disregarded my request and continued trying to open the door. I want to emphasize that it is legal in Germany to have guests in a hotel room, and no one has the right to enter a hotel room without permission. I hope that such incidents can be avoided in the future. Thank you for your attention.

I made a mistake with the reservation, booked 2 rooms for a different date, made cancellation for 1 room fully paid and asked for a refund for the second room to be fear deal one mount earlier, but no understanding from the hotel. The hotel is not as it is in the pictures I was there and booked another hotel for the night.

Very bad staff behavior There was only one lady and she was so rude And even she don’t know ho to knock the door I talk to there boos and he was also rude there no any facility there no kitchen and not oven if you want to eat something you have to go to markit and that’s so far like 2km

The floor was dirty, the toilet was gross and the bin hadn't been emptied. The WiFi connection was very poor. Although its 20 minutes from the airport, airplane noise was worse than it is at most airport hotels I have stayed. Luckily, there aren't any flights between approx 10pm and 5.30am.

Not clean and it has not look nice. Exactly when ı try to move bed ı see under the bed very bad they didnt clean long time. Bed textile ( sheet and pillows are very very old and they looks very old. Shortly this hotel ı dont prefear next time. if someone dosnt know hotel managment they mus not to do this business. .

Location is not bad. Worker women frendly and she try to doing what they have on hand.

Tried to call before I booked, got no answer and it was late so I decided to trust the website. Webisite says free parking, no reservation needed. From which you could assume there is other parking than on the street. Street near hotel was full, so had to leave it far from the hotel which worried me as the dogs sleep in the car. Website also says it's Pet ffiendly and that there is a garden, tästä I assumed I would have access to. The girl told me the garden is not available at all. There were no parks etc were to wlak your dogs. So can not recommend it for anypne with dogs. Shower unclean, some "intresting" dirt on the wall in the room. Would be great to have a kettle for tea/Coffee in the morning. I also wrote in english to the hotel about this issues, got an unfriendly answer in deutch.

The bed was comfortable. The girl in the reception was nice but did not umderstand english so communication was difficult.
