Lovely staff, quiet and romantic location. The room was beautiful and spacious

The mattesses are really soft but I understand this is a personal preference.

The host, the staff, the rooms, the breakfast, the deco (a mixture between modern and authentic), the location ( a cute little town with lots of character) everything. This was the second time we stayed here and it was even better than the first.

We stayed in a family room for three people, which was a suite and as spacious as a one-bedroom apartment. My son had his own separate room, which was great. The fact that the room was large and had a bathtub was wonderful. There was also a coffee machine and a kettle for tea in the room.

The only downside was that it was far from the city center. Even to reach public transport, we had to walk 15 minutes. The hot weather and the uphill walk made it a bit challenging.”

We stayed in a spacious quadruple room, seldomly seen in Europe. Hotel is located in a beautiful, very quiet neighborhood. Tram to old Heidelberg is a ten minute walk away. Paying for parking is totally worth it. We loved our stay.

Spacious and clean room with a very nice view!

We were in Room 6 on the second floor. Three of us. My daughter had her own single bed and there was a middle area with 2 sofa chairs to watch TV. Great space in the room.

Was very warm but that was not the hotels fault of course. Also took a while getting used to having no overhead lights as the fan was there instead. But they made up for this but having lots of lamps everywhere.

In an old house, very elegant, clean, modern on the inside, nice view with the rooftops from the room in the attic.

No air conditioning, though we were in the attic. They said it's illegal in old buildings. It had a huge fan though, but still too hot.

We were in Heidelberg in very hot weather. There are only fans in room no aircon which made our stay a little unpleasant. Also there was no bar fridge in room even though there was a space for it.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. There was a bathtub where I could be very relaxed. It was a really great hotel. We arrived late at night, but they were very kind to welcome. The parking lot was full, but they issued me a street parking permit. If I go to Heidelberg again, I'll definitely stay at this hotel.

There are absolutely no bad points. Everything was perfect.

Nicely renovated small hotel in quiet area of Handschuhsheim. Mattress was comfortable and the room size was good. Shower worked very well. Window had blackout curtains. Helpful staff.

Minor amenities like a water kettle, small coffee maker and small fridge were missing. You could not turn on the heater, so it was a little chilly at night! Breakfast is too expensive.

The room is beautiful and has plenty of space. Everything was super clean. It was very quiet at night and we could sleep very well. The stuff was friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel is beautiful.

Everything was great! Having a possibility to make a tea in the evening would have been even better :)

Standard room doesn't have tea making facilities, which we would expect at the room price.

Everything about our stay was fabulous! Marcel and Bek were helpful in every way. They told us about The Snake hike which was amazing!
