Very modern, clean, well organised place. Best ever price for value, especially if you are on the road and need a great place close to the highway. Shoping mall, pharmacy, restaurants, gas station just nearby. Free covered parking in the backyard and decent breakfast also made me happy :)

No air conditioning, but I'm guessing most of the time it would be fine as they have amazing blinds. We happened to be staying when it was incredibly hot!

Breakfast was just right, walking distance of the high street. Cleanliness is great. Fixtures and fitting are to the highest standards. Would stay again.

Everything was perfect.

Extraordinary! I spend a night there on my trip moving from one country to another. Everything was really perfect. The location is just a 5 min drive from the highway, easily accessible. (There a couple of stores nearby). Althoug completely contactless (no reception), Very easy chek in. The house is moder, spotless clean, comfortable rooms and beds so soft you have a feeling you sleep on a cloud. (Thus, it goves a good back support). Breakfast is served in a dining room with terace, and the lady who works there was really nice and professional. Private parking is a huge plus! This accommodation is not good, but excellent value for money, while some crapy 3* hotels nearby charge more for a night.

Excellent structure slightly outside the center but very well-kept externally and with clean rooms and very kind staff, perhaps not necessary but sometimes useful, the air conditioning which is not present here.

We stayed with the family for one night while in transit. The boarding house is located only 4-5 min drive from A3 between Regensburg-Passau. Rooms were spotless clean. Comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, free and secure parking, very friendly and helpful staff. Self check-in went perfectly well.. Certainly, this is the accommodation to use again.

We had 2 big suitcases and the room on 2nd floor, we had to bring them up but it was manageable.

This is just wonderful accommodation, highly exceeded our expectations. Everything is brand new. We only stayed 1 night, it was just perfect. The room with modern furniture and a good bed. The breakfast was just enough for us. There is also very nice sauna and gym. Lady serving breakfast was very attentive, smiling, checking if we needed anything. We will highly recommend to our family and friends and certainly stay again in the future. Thank you so much 😊

A bit too much air perfume on the hallways (luckily not in the room). Sugar (?) factory just in front but did not seem to harm the environment.

New building, perfectly clean, good bedding, ok breakfast, close to the highway but in a quiet village. Supermarket and gas pump at few hundred meters. Perfect for a night stop on a long trip. Pleasant surprise. Really appreciated the attention to detail. On the expensive side, but ok with promo last minute. Nice finding.

It is quite expensive for not being a hotel, breakfast choices are very low, the extra charge for daily room cleaning costs almost as much as the stay.

Great place, looks brand new, rooms are spacious and very nice balcony.
