No staff to talk to for recommendations. No soap shampoo in bathroom.

No reception you use key safe to get key at front door. Plenty of free parking in a very upmarket residential area with nice walking areas. Close to town. 15 minute walk. No facilities at hotel but great Greek restaurant 10min walk away ElGreco. Great service and value for money.

The decor is a bit dated, but nothing bad. Would be nice to have a kettle with some tea/coffee in the room.

Stayed here for 1 night which touring on motorbikes. It was booked last minute but everything was still ready for us arriving. Nice comfortable room, in good location.

The location wasn't ideal for someone who wants to go and enjoy the night life. However, if your stopping over to sleep, then it's worth it. The hotel was nice. Still has dail-up.. no WiFi.

The bed was Awesome!! I slept very good here. The reception staff were amazing helpful and friendly, I needed some documents printed and scanned and they were very helpful and accommodating.

There were some small repairs that needed to be done which would have made the room look nicer.

We were late arriving and the directions to retrieve the key was clear and simple. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and beautifully presented.

Unfortunately many problems: there was no hairdryer, no soap, no shampoo, and inside the closet there was some disgusting big oily stain. No one at the Reception during the check-out time with whom I could talk about this problems

EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL WAS SHOCKING, IM SURPRISED THAT THIS IS ON BOOKING.COM, IT NEEDS TAKING OFF THE SITE Problems starting as soon as we arrived, difficulty getting in touch with who ever was in charge, all room keys in 1 outside box(shocking) entered the room we were allocated and we were disgusted with it, 1 pillow, 1 single duvet, 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, big crack on the glass door to the balcony. At reception looking better and the dining area looked presentable but that was like a cover up to what we found out later, the photos showing this hotel must have been taken years ago as it looked nothing like it was advertised on Booking.com, the photos I taken was mostly from the restaurant, bar and tea room area which was actually disgusting, let the pictures say the words, im not wasting anymore time on this hotel BOOKING.COM DO SOMETHING WITH THIS HOTEL

- got a message at 17.15h (!!) I won't be provided a code to enter, cos they couldn't book from my credit card, although I was supposed to pay AT the property! - there's no reception / nobody at the reception! I was lucky the IT guy was there to open the door for me and request the key for me - no WiFi at all - the room was spacious, but furnished like in the 60-ies of the last century, with an old-fashioned radio on the side & its cables all over the place (others have already uploaded photos of this), feels unpleasant - dirty balcony - damaged / useless window blinds

Good parking facilities and good wifi

Room was uncomfortable, shabby and unclean. Furniture was dusty, floor was dirty, balcony was filthy with old uncleared ashtray. Bed was uncomfortable. Only one very soft pillow provides, no second pillow provided when asked. Grounds scruffy and uncared for.old hair in the shower plug hole and bathroom smelt disgusting
