The night I was there it was super hot, temperatures outside were 30+ and the room had no aircon but a ceiling fan… So it was ok, even with aircon it might have been even better.

The receptionist was super friendly and welcoming. Rearranged my room so I was able to check in right at noon.

The location is great! The entrance of subway is just at the gate of the hotel. The breakfast is surprisingly nice! I didn’t expect it’s such a descent meal!

My experience with the Wi-fi was not great. This was not a big problem though since it is easy to get an eSim nowadays.

Good location - close to public transport and not too far from the city center. Being withing jogging distance from the Isar river is a great bonus. There are a couple of restaurants and a super marked within walking distance from the hotel. The staff is always available and very helpful.

Our room was big enough for us for two nights but it wasn't very spacious.

Super helpful and Friendly staff. V comfortable bed and excellent location for the Frühlingsfest on Theresienwiese. There is a small lift and the breakfast was good. Our room was very quiet even though it faced the street and the en-suite was also good.

For solo travelers, the hotel offers single beds, and the pricing is very reasonable in this regard. The hotel staff is very warm and helpful. Although there is no open buffet for breakfast, they do their best to accommodate our requests. The breakfast was quite filling and delicious for me. The location is excellent—you can reach the metro station in just 2-3 minutes on foot. The hotel is old, but the rooms were very clean. If I visit Munich again, I would definitely stay here again! :)

Room and bath are mini, not ideal for an extended stay. The smallest elevator ever. Hardly takes 1 person and 2 suitcases Wifi was very strange. Although there was connection, most websites did not open, which was experienced by other guests as well. Reception staff unfortunately could not assist to overcome this issue

The only think I was a bit disappointed with was the choices for the breakfast. I don't eat bread and it was unclear if there were any other options and since I don't speak german, so it was difficult to communicate. Perhaps having a simple menu could be good.

The room was very comfortable and I enjoyed looking out the window and watching the activity on street with the bikes going by even in the rain. The room was quite and comfortable. Everything was clean.

Cleaningness, organised, friendly and very helpful staff. The concierge was the highlight welcoming us in an excellent Portuguese that made me ashamed of my English! Close to train station and conveniently located nearby the ubahn.

WiFi was bizarre. I was planning to work, but even though there was a wifi network, half of the websites did not open. There must be some built-in restrictions and limitations. I had to use my mobile data to work.

The bed is comfortable, and breakfast was simple, but enough. The location is great, close to U-Bahn, but still quiet. There was no disturbanceat night .

- furniture was already a bit older - the bathroom is not like i like it - it is clean, but also a bit older and there was no normal shower box

- the location of the hotel is very good, close to some restaurant - there are free parking spaces in front of the hotel - the staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpfull - the breakfast was very good, you are getting your individual bred aso; not buffet - the room was big

The location is amazing, the hotel is nice and very comfortable, the staf is super friendly and welcoming. Parking was a bit tough, but having free parking in the city center right next to Oktoberfest is a miracle.

Interior design is not really up to date, if that is important to you; in the breakfast room international travellers were solely addressed in German as if German was their mother tongue, which I found not too welcoming

I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff is kind and friendly, they've provided a great service.

The hot water is hot this minute, clean and private bathroom, centrally located near downtown and the U-Bahn. Complimentary breakfast included, it is a variety of foods and drinks, very filling.
