My Apple iPad was unable to cnnect to the Best Western third-partzportal logon.now so I had no internet whatsoeevr for 2 days. The logon.now portal requires that your device has a SIM cardmobile netowkr connection in order for you to get to their logon page. Unlike allothjer hotel internet log-in arrangements I have eperienced worldwide, which do not require that your device already be connected toanetwork before leading zou to their log-in page and signing in as a hotel guest. This is a pathetiuc arrangement.

I had to hurry my breakfast to catch a train, but it was more than I would have needed and well presented. Have to go looking for the cheese with the black pepper rind! I was greeted and made very welcome by the host Jan, all staff very helpful and courteous. No other hotel for me again. Sigrid

Nothing particular. One thing I encountered is that the parking spaces of this hotel should be reserved in advance. You need to tell the hotel before whether you need a parking space or not. I reserved one but actually I did not use it as I found another free parking space on the street and it was easier for me to park than driving to the hotel. When I was checking in there was another guest who came to the parking space without reservation and there was no parking space available. Luckily I could gave me spot to this guest, but it was just a kind of lucky situation for this guest. So please make a reservation for the parking if you stay this hotel!

Very convenient location, easy to find, cozy and comfortable. The room is big enough with a kettle/coffee/tea. Very clean, comfortable bed. It is actually located along side relatively large street but quite quiet. There are lots of places to eat or buy food around the hotel. Not dangerous area for night walking.

Very busy outside of hotel during night. Nightclubs and drunk people, not the best for a family with small children.

Check in was a little slow, even with a previous booking. The lift was not working and the access to the room by the stairs was kind of weird. The bed was a twin bed, it was comfortable but weird for me to find a twin bed in a hotel these days, and even for that amount.

It was a good hotel, nothing special, it has all the necessary to sleep and shower. The facilities are clean and comfortable. The location is good as it is in the center of the town.

Centrally located however somewhat difficult to reach by car. Parking cramped but not to a degree that would leave it un-useable. Breakfast good, slightly overpriced. Room comfort good, room quiet. Room could be a bit bigger howerver given the location is fully acceptable.

The slow elevators are a bit annoying.

The location is great for using public transportation.By foot about 10 min to the main station and 5 minutes to the central hub of the city. The rooms have a water kettle and nice bath. The stuff is also professional. It is rather quiet even tough it is situated next to a tram station and some bars.

- The reception was not so friendly when working on my invoice - I booked a deluxe room but it was a very small room, no toothpaste, two single beds combined and with two small blankets for me and my boyfriend - Breakfast was just so so, poor choices

Shower took 8-10min to get some sort of warm water, this was horrible! The breakfast was in the other hotel 1-2min walk due to understaffing. Breakfast was great thoigh but to walk inthe rain to another hotel is not why I booked this place!

The room was clean initially but we received no clean towels or room cleaning over our three days.

The location was excellent as it was in the town but it was a bit seedy. The Christmas market was super.

Shower was burning hot (to hot to shower) and hotel did not fix it during our stay. Curtains did not work. There was no double bed, only two single beds put together.
