The policy about the kitchen utensils is weird: you can get it only if you ask, despite the fact that you have a kitchen in the room and it’s a relatively long stay (2 weeks). To use the laundry was also an experience. The breakfast is fine, nothing special.

Very close to the metro station and to research buildings. I also found the bed comfortable. Some of the personnel was extremely nice and friendly!

I unfortunately do not know how to rate Stellaris hotel, because upon arrival the receptionist informed me that we were booked to a different hotel - this one was just accross the patio, but we did not know about this before and I reserved Stellaris for location and possibility to cook in the small kitchen for me and my kid. The new hotel was nice, but did not have a kitchenette. The receptionist in Stellaris sadly did not care that this situation complicated my stay. They did not try to explain why they changed my reservation without prior notice.

The new hotel where Stellaris upgraded me was very nice.

Very clean, large and modern apartment, good location for university visitors. Bus and U-bahn are just in fornt of the location. Nice bar and lounge.

Parking is kind of problematic: actually there is no parking place as all slots are either for disabled persons or booked for TUM employees. After few circles I still parked at one of such slots assuming that we probably are allowed to shortly park there to get (in/out) your luggage. The person at the reception confirmed this guess, but it would be good to have an official short period parking slots... Concerning the underground parking, the price seem to be too high (22 EUR/day), taking into account that in ~40 meters there is a public parking (1 EUR for 24 hours)

High-quality and modern facilities and rooms. Due to overbooking, I was transferred to the Marriott Hotel next door(which is equally good) without any problems.

Clean , big rooms , modern, comfortable.

Located in the front of university. Nice and clean area. Students , science centre. 10 meters from metro. Travelled by car. Parking just for 1€ per 24 hours. Not sure if restaurants and shops around, did not spot any. However for us it was not an issue. We would definitely stay here again.

The food was nice, and the bar was great, especially the very welcoming staff. The lady helped me check in earlier, right after my arrival. The location was pretty good, in front of the metro station and right beside ESO and other scientific institutions.

The nearest shop in is Garching, so you need to catch the U-Bahn to get to it.

Breakfast was good with enough choice. The location is good if you are visiting the nearby research institutes. It wouln't be good for anything else. You can get dinner in th enext door hotel, as the Stellaris has only a bar in the evening.

The breakfast options were limited - scrambled eggs and sausages disappeared after the second week of my stay. The wifi was unstable in my room.

The staff were very kind and responsive. The coffee provided for breakfast was great. I was informed that cleaning service is once a week, but my room was cleaned more often.
