The caretaker was very friendly and helpful. She helped us change rooms when we needed to. Was nice to have a family taking care of the place. Breakfast was simple and good.

LithuaniaSmoking place is right at the entrance, our room was above it, so we had to smell the stink all the time. Room is hot, hotter that usual in other bookings, and you can’t open the window become of the smell and for the noise from the street (cars running).
Transport stop is near, to get to the city. Not small parking is available. A lot of grocery stores around. Room had everything we needed. Even the extra pillows.

It was clean, easy to book in, and easy to find. The staff were helpful and friendly. It's easy to access Stuttgart from Fellbach with two U-trains regularly going into Stuttgart,.

SwitzerlandNo hot water in the shower in the morning (when I shower), the problem wasn't fixed and I wasn't moved in another room. The room itself is very small, it becomes difficult to move around the bed. I have tried a few rooms, they all have the same problem: falling wall fixings (toilet paper, towel rails...) and loose parts of wooden furniture. This can easily be fixed ! The breakfast was below my expectations: only soluble coffee, the bread was stale and you could tell some of the fruits and cheese have been there for a few days. ATTENTION: please be advised that if you pay on their website, the money kept from your credit card at the time of payment cannot be used for the payment at the entrance to receive the keys. The machine outside the building doesn't allow this, so I had to pay a second time. I'm still waiting for the pre-payment money back, and it's been almost a month (!). Yes, a month of waiting! This is unacceptable, especially for large amounts.
