Property was very well kept and the staff was super friendly, location was also perfect near the Porsche Museum and near the public transport stay was worth the money.

There was no fridge in the room.

The fridge and the aircondition were missing. There are fewer parking places, than there are rooms. This has also caused conflict.

Nightmare just to get in. Staff not helpful at all. Was drenched in rain because of how complicated it was to get in. No instructions to get in. Pin given did not work. Key was hard to find. Staff barely knew any english. Staff were not there and when i spoke to them through the speaker i repeatedly asked them to come out to help me get in because im tired, cold and wet from the rain and they refused and carried on speaking in german. The car park smells very bad, the worst smelling car park in my life. The whole building including the room all smell bad. Toilet lock broken. Ceiling too low i bumped ny head few times middle of night. Window latch broken. Car park is very tight, a centimetre apart each side of the car, had to take multiple point turns just to get in and out.

The hotel is located in a quiet residential area. It is 26 minutes away from the Schlossplatz via UBahn. Our room was big enough for us. Bed was comfortable. Staff is accommodating and helpful to all our questions.

The lady, the next morning at breakfast, was very kind and accommodating.

The parking garage was dark and small. But we managed because there was only one other car there.

Room was clean. Bar at reception was nice.

The hotel is in the centre of Reading which is obviously good however parking is quite a walk away which is a pain if you are unfamiliar with the area.

Very clean and comfortable, good value.

We had breakfast and it was very expensive for what they had to offer, the staff did not speak English at all.
