Location on the main square was excellent. The personalised rooms were very tasteful. The availability of late breakfast time really helps. Staff were very friendly. In particular Senka kindly showed us around some other rooms and we are interested in coming back for example the opera room and the suite. We also loved the room 22 pineapple room, that we were staying in.

Downstairs, there is no common area, or hotel lobby. Only the café itself. We understand this is because the hotel has grown from the restaurant downstairs. Also that some future expansion is planned, which will be great to see. One small point is lack of complimentary bottles of water in the room that would be a good thing to supply.

Great location and great staff.

When you buy breakfast its ok to take between 15-20 euro thats normal. But here you pay extra for coffee and juice. The breakfast cost almost 60 euro( 2 pers). When you offer to buy breakfast it should at least include coffee and juice. If you drink 2 coffee and 2 glasses of juice you are over 70 euro. This is not accetable on a Hotel at this standard.

The location is absolutely perfect for touring the city. The main square is right outside of your front door.

Location is amazing and the restaurant/cafe is great

The A/C was extremely noisy. Made a sound like water filling pipes every time it ran. Was hard to sleep.

Sanka (sp?) at the front desk was great. She is so friendly and warm. Made us feel very welcomed. If my company was in Bremen I would hire her away from the hotel. Just excellent.

Clean Near the Station

Shockingly rude receptionist who refused to honour my free breakfast - included in the price - because I had accidentally mislaid my tag. Refused to try and solve the issue and ended up shouting at me. Still reeling. What a way to treat a guest. 😱

Very central location - parking available vey close by. Staff very helpful although we were late checking in due to hold ups. Plenty of breakfast options in the attached cafe/restaurant. Well designed rooms with surprising amount of space.

Location right on the main Marktplatz (plaza) above a café and feels like a secret hideaway. So well run - the café did a superlative breakfast. Our room was lovely and comfortable and such a value!! Great for a family - the sofa bed in our room was separated with a (glass) door for (some) privacy. Honestly can’t recommend this place more.

The location of this hotel could not have been better, as we were right on the main plaza. And yet the room was very quiet and comfortable at night.

The servers in the restaurant were very unfriendly.
