About 10 mins from central station and the dome. Our room was wide and very clean, it had also a kitchenette, whereas the bathroom was relatively small: no place to put skin care products and others, so when I did my makeup I had to run back and forth between the main room and bathroom or else put my make up gear on the toilet seat. We arrived in the middle of the night and managed to check ourselves in easily since reception was closed. But overall satisfied experience.

Breakfast is too expensive, so I didn’t get to try it I’m afraid. Also I don’t think dusting was part of the daily cleaning, and unfortunately in my room there were lots of beard’s hair in the shelf box where the reading light was, behind the pillows, on my arrival. Some of the hair was all over the bed sheet, so I called the reception and the staff were really kind, and promptly changed the bed sheet on my request. However I noticed the cleaning staff didn’t dust the dirty shelf at all. So I had to push the hair on the shelf myself towards the back with a tissue, so that it wouldn’t get on the bed sheet again, and that worked. I would recommend to include dusting on your daily clean.

Perfect central location, also the hotel interior design is quite nice and stuff was really kind.

Found a little bit of hair on the shower wall, the mini fridge didn't work (which they replaced when asked about) and don't hang heavy stuff on the hooks on the door, they're just glued on.

The rooms were very spacious and nice with good soundproofing, and the staff very helpful. It was easy to leave the luggage in the lockers in the basement and just retrieve them whenever suited you. Breakfast was plenty and dining hall was very nice.

Breakfast needs refilling throughout no bacon or sausage at 9am when finished at 10. More choice some days than others.

Bed was a bit creaky and not super comfortable, but adequate. Pillows could use an upgrade, kinda lumpy, but again, adequate. Safe didn't operate properly. Only 1 chair to sit in the room, was a small room, and had to watch the pitch of the roof side of the bed so not to hit your head.

Less than a 10 minute walk to the Köln HBF and Dom so great location for the value . Felt safe at all times. Had streaming services like Netflix and Disney, Prime etc. Lots of power outlets

Not the hotel's fault but the road outside had been completely dug up so getting suitcases to the local underground carpark was a bit of a challenge.

Our room had good views of the city and hotel was walking distance to the centre of Cologne. Very helpful staff. Recommended.

The location is acceptable - easy to get to the city center on foot and not itself a bad neighbourhood, but a few streets to the North there was clear evidence of public drug use and a rather large homeless population. I did not feel unsafe but was a bit worried about my dog picking up/accidentally eating something that might be dangerous to him.

We had booked an apartment in this hotel and were extremely pleased with it. We had let them know we were traveling with our dog, and they had provided an extra towel, mat and food and water bowls for him. The room was very clean, the kitchenette was small but had everything we needed, the shower was good. The room looked out over the courtyard which was lovely. Staff was friendly, and we had the use (paid) of a nearby parking garage which was very useful.

The mini-bar wasn't properly closed and had a little stench so I didn't use it for food. Since it was only one night it was acceptable.

Very convenient for my short stay travelling to Paris by train. Due to the French strikes my train skipped Cologne the following day and in pursuit of getting a new ticket I got tremendous help by the hotel reception to extend check-out for 1h and even call the train company since I had trouble calling them myself.

The bed was comfortable, but there were fabric bobbles under the sheets, which made me feel uncomfortable.

The property was spacious. It had a little balcony that was really nice. We also made use of the coffee machine and water they leave in your room.

There was construction going on and the cab left us about 100 metres away in a healthy drizzle and an uneven surface to wheel our luggage. The adjacent diner closed at 9 pm and we had to find an alternative, which, however, was not too far. The elevator was very small and slow and we had a long wait when we were checking out, especially because the hotel staff were also busy and that appeared to be the only elevator in the property.

Not too far from the train station and city centre. Off the main street, so it is quiet. The room was spacious and had an additional sitting area which was very nice. The staff was very nice and the gentleman in the morning was especially helpful and knowledgeable( sorry I didn't get his name), especially because he was Cologne native. We were lucky to have him on both days of our stay and that made our experience ever so enjoyable

We didn't really like the area where the hotel is, with a few rough people on the streets at night. It wasn't far to walk to the Kolner Dom though. We also paid for parking but this could only be accessed by using an access card from the reception which you had to return after each use. The reception was only manned until 10pm so this meant that you couldn't access your car after this time which wasn't ideal.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We asked for a room big enough for a cot and accessible by lift due to having a young child. The hotel was very accommodating of our request and I think may have even upgraded our room to accommodate our request, so thank you very much. The room was very nice, very comfortable bed, great TVs and good facilities with a coffee machine and mini fridge. The bathroom was also very nice.

There was a bar / restaurant but apart from breakfast it never really looked to be open so we didn’t venture in. There is a lot of building work going on at the front of the hotel - it didn’t impact in terms of noise but it did make the approach to the hotel look to be in the middle of a construction site !

The room was a good size and bed was very comfortable. Easy to reach from the train station and in a quiet location. Short walk into the old town centre and the Cathedral and easy to access down to the river

The courtyard in the interior of the hotel is a beautiful garden space. Our room overlooked it and having a balcony over it was a delightful surprise. We also appreciated the luggage lockers we could use to stash our bags before checking in to our rooms. That way we were better able to explore Cologne. The staff was incredibly helpful and breakfast delicious.
