You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesNot sure if the fan was broken and that's why it was turned to "off"--i think normally it would've been activated by the switch on the wall, but it was physically turned it to off on the unit. It would've helped to guide the cold air from the living room into the bedroom. My friend and I tried a few times to reach the dial with the stools but we couldn't get it. Got a little warm at night.
An entire apartment we had to ourselves, and it was wonderful to have some simple cookware and silverware for reheating leftovers and enjoying takeout. It was roughly a 15 minute walk to the shops and s-bahn, which are all near each other. Quiet area. Loved having the use of the washing machine and dryer--we bought detergent but it turned out we didn't need any, so we left it down there. Landlord is very communicative, helpful and accommodating, as well as the driver he arranged to take us to the airport.

United StatesThese are not complaints but rather observations. Not familiar with the kind of pillows that were provided so it was uncomfortable for us but we did manage. The bathroom could use a small table next to the sink. And a second night stand on the other side of the bed.
Place was clean, and the manager was easy to reach , the location was good for what we needed. Parking was hit or miss depending on the time of day we would sometimes have to park two or three streets over but this is normal. There was access to a washer and dryer. All kitchen and bathroom necessities provided. It was easy to gain access upon arrival and departure was also easy. The building is quiet. When you had the window open there was a nice breeze but the road noise was loud.

The host was great. Very friendly and reachable. The apartment is as in a photos. New and quite spacious. Located in a quite neighborhood close to the center of Poing and everything you need. Supper clean also.
