We had such a nice stay. Das Acker Hotel is perfect for a family with a small child. Ideal child bed, comfortable room. There are lots of places around the hotel for sitting and relaxing. The breakfast was excellent. All staff were lovely across the hotel. A great experience, we will be back. 😌

The "bathroom " was within the room, only separated by a small piece of wall from the bed. So, if you need to eg wash your hands in the night , you will wake up your partner. The second thing was the location, very far from the center.

Requirement for taxis. A) very expensive. B) some took card, others did not. Caused an issue when I had no cash on me.

There was bottled water in the room, but no tea and coffee facilities in there, which is something to be aware of. However, there was a lovely lounge area in reception, with fridge and drink options that you could take things from and charge to your room. There was also a bar in reception that I'm sure could have made me a cup of tea if I'd asked.

The staff were very friendly and super helpful. Breakfast was lovely - a big selection of very fresh options for the continental breakfast. The room was fab, with comfy beds and very efficient air conditioning (which was necessary as there was a heat warning while we were there). The restaurant nearby had lots of choice and everything was delicious. Staff were very good at helping with my dietary requirements - despite the fact my German is pretty nonexistent. We would definitely stay here again.

The only thing that we missed was coffee/tea in the room. A cup of fresh mint tea in the evening and fresh coffee in bed would make our stay even more perfect.

The hotel was really nice, fresh and cozy. The bed, pillows, and bedsheets were really comfortable. We asked for a quieter room and were offered a very nice one on a third floor where we were woken up with soft morning sunlight. The breakfast was really nice with some fun options. The personal was extremely friendly. We will definitely come back!

Just note that you are coming from the back to the hotel not the main road, but that’s not a negative.

Beautiful and modern with all amenities. Parking is for free and the breakfast is so delicious with plenty of options. The staff is at the breakfast buffet is very kind and helpful. Enjoyed my stay.

Rooms are nice, clean and have good space. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet offers good selection. Restaurant next to the hotel is really nice to spend some time outside when the weather is nice.

Everything was great. But if my stay had lasted longer I would have lacked a refrigerator in the room and a coffee or tea set so that I could make it myself, which is standard in other hotels. Other then that that - no minuses really.

Hotel is very clean. Breakfast at hotel was very elegant and clean. The staff at the front desk and at the restaurant was wonderful! Very helpful and friendly. The rooms were well soundproofed, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The sauna works very long - a big plus. Breakfasts are delicious, everyone will find something for themselves. I would definitely recommend the hotel to friends and also very willing to return there during my next stay in Neuburg.

Fantastic Hotel. My only complaint is that the extractor fan in the shower made a consistent noise through the night that was not a peaceful one!

The hotel and room are excellent and also the breakfast and the morning staff however the evening guy at reception was very unfriendly .. he even switch off the lights at 8pm ? And we asked if we could stay at the lobby he refused

Welcome at Friday evening 7.30PM was not friendly .. lobby was already dark and empty .. no more food or snacks available and one person at the desk tried to go home as fast as possible and close everything as if it was midnight ? We couldn’t even get a cup of hot water to make our own tea
