The hotel matched the descriptions perfectly, clean and comfortable. The young man at the reception was extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to answer our questions and give us useful tips about the area. Overall, everything was great and we would happily stay again.

It would have been even better if the shower had stronger water pressure.

This place was a great find for a stopover on our way to Italy! It's in a convenient location and offers great value for the money. The rooms were lovely, with a comfy bed and a nice shower, and the optional breakfast was good. We also appreciated the spacious parking lot—it had plenty of room for our car and our caravan, which was a huge plus!

While we really enjoyed our stay, we were a little surprised that breakfast wasn't included. Since there aren't any other options close by, it would have been nice to have that included with the room.

The design of the hotel is fabulous. Loved the separate toilet and separate sink and shower area .Bed was comfy, handy window seat, tea making facilities, very lovely room

Pillows a little uncomfortable - way too soft for me others might prefer this though. shower needs a screen for privacy especially when two adult children are sharing a room or when just sharing a room with someone.

Clean, toiletries in the room, thick walls, good sound isolation, comfy bed & pillows, cosy place near the widow.

On our stay there was no hot water at all, which was unpleasant because we were travelling long time and counted on a hot shower.

The fact that you couldn't close the shower. The fact that you had to pay separately for breakfast. Also its quite noisy, I could hear kids running in the morning quite loudly.

If you got so bad service in the begging it is hard to find anything good later.

Service is soooo bad. They do not know how to be nice to customers. Men on the reception was very unpleasant and not accommodating at all. We booked later at the night and when we got to the hotell we could not use self check in and there is no one on the reception desk for a long time and then a man from reception came and told us that he is alone there and could not be on the reception all the time and that is ok and I told him that I had few questions that I wrote when I booked but he did not seem interested. He was stressed and seems not interested at customers at all. I asked him about the breakfast because it was information than breakfast is included and I show him from booking but he said no, you have to take that info with booking, because you can never book for breakfast on booking🧐 For the information for others breakfast costs 15.90 euro
