This was a one day stop on our way to Prague. This hotel was perfect for that. Easy to park. Clean hotel with everything you need.

Location was good for us and within easy walking distance of restaurants.

Despite the air conditioning it still felt too warm at night.

This is clearly aiming to be an excellent hotel and in some ways it is. The building is stylish but comfortable and one member of the reception staff was excellent.

when I arrived I was told that the restaurant wasn't open. The receptionist worked hard to find me an alternative but this involved walking back into town, which I hadn't planned. I didn't realise that the hotel is set on a high plateau above the city centre. This makes for excellent views but a reasonably strenuous walk to the hotel. I found breakfast stressful with too much reliance on technology for the drinks and no ordinary English breakfast tea. A bit more human interaction with staff would make the experience more welcoming.

The hotel is in a very quiet part of town on top of the Petersberg, yet only a 10-minute walk to the cathedral and downtown (downhill going to the city and uphill when returning); there does not seem to be public transportation to Petersberg, but an elevator operates during daytime. The hotel itself was also quiet during our visit, which we enjoyed. The room on the top floor was bright (as we had requested) and modern, with fancy lights and controls. Everything was sparkling clean. Beds were firm. Wifi was very fast. The breakfast buffet offered ample choice, including items usually not available in German hotels, such as guacamole, thuringia sausages, and various marinated salads and spreads; the cost of EUR 20.50 was not low though. Parking in front of the hotel cost EUR 15 and was very convenient; a reservation is mandatory, as spaces are very limited.

Only a very minor point: Shower pressure could have been a bit stronger.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay with great amenities and outstanding service. Highly recommended!

Excellent breakfast, friendly and attentive staff - in the restaurant and at reception; wonderful design of the room and the restaurant.

A shame that the restaurant was closed for two evenings, particular on our first evening on arrival after a very long journey!

The location on top of the Petersburg is fabulous. Right in the middle of the city, yet very quiet en secluded. Enough parking space. Rooms are super modern en super clean. Bathroom is also very complete en clean. Staff is very friendly. We booked without breakfast and didn't have the time to take it anyway, but it was available for 20€ per person.

Rooms are rather small, and while it maybe very personal, I hated the pillows. It was like sleeping with your head on a balloon. Other than that there was absolutely nothing to complain about. I definitely recommend this hotel.
