The location was just amazing, 15 min walk from the Main train station, in the center of everything. The checkin process was fast, and the staff was very helpful. They let us leave our bags after check out, so that we could spend the day in town. Very comfortable, clean and spacious.

Not a dislike but for some it might be useful to know that the breakfast is “a la carte” (from the menu, not buffet) and for us at least is more of a “good snack” rather than filling full breakfast. However, the quality is top and would definitely recommend getting with breakfast.

Absolutely amazing hotel! We had a good room e balcony over the river and it was a bliss! The cleaning staff are extremely nice and the restaurant/bar just as fine. While everything is online, Chris has been responding to us promptly when we needed and was very accommodating and understanding and very helpful. I would go back next time, no questions asked.

The room was modern, very clean and beds very comfortable! Bathroom and glass shower very well appointed! The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent! Value for money top notch!!! We will definitely stay there again!!

I'm not sure about the contact less environment. There were no problems, just takes getting used to.

The room design and comfort were magnificent. The stairs to the 4th floor were a challenge, but the view and accommodations more than made up for that.

It was probably mentioned somewhere, but I totally missed it — there’s no elevator and our room was up in the attic on the 4th floor. After a long day out, climbing all those stairs felt like a workout we didn’t sign up for! So I’d definitely suggest double-checking what floor your room will be on. On the bright side, the location is great — right in the center with plenty of bars and fun spots nearby. Just keep in mind, if you’re an early sleeper or not a fan of city noise, this hotel might not be your fav.

It's nice to be in the city center. Check-in and entry are done digitally. The room is very clean, the sheets and pillows are comfortable. It was also nice to have a Nespresso complimentary.

Nothing bad to say. Great property. Our room was on the 4th floor and there were no elevators so that may be a concern to some.

The hotel was central to most dining and site seeing options and parking garages. The room was clean and comfortable. Checkin and checkout where easy with the kiosk. No staff were really interacted with except through messaging.

Staff are so friendly. Restaurant was nice, had snacks in evening and a really good breakfast. Rooms are really nice, I loved the geese making lots of noise! It should be more visible that there is no elevator in the building. The walk to floor 3 was much effort for my elderly mother.

The hotel is right in the city center, very close to everything. The enclosed restaurant is nice and the food tasty (even so it's slightly higher priced than other options). Check-in and checkout are contactless, you can do everything via the app. Our room was spacious with a fridge in the entrance area.
