Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Fantastic room very spacious modern great shower nice restaurant on the premises and if you're going to a match then that's where you want to be - 5min journey (1 stop) metro station 2 min walk from the hotel

there's nothing I didn't like. But maybe the side, oat milk, might have an option to heat it up. But I probably could have asked the staff for heating it up.
The location of the hotel is perfect for business travel which I had. The staff that welcomed me at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. I liked the option of a vending machine with drinks available 24/7. The hotel room was prepared perfectly. It was nice that there was a wide selection of milks for the coffee.

As a business hotel catering to international guests English channels on the TV should be available. They had dubbed US shows and movies but the only language selection in the menu is German (I tried changing on all channels). Only English news channels available. I also think that an in room iron and fridge should be standard. They did bring me an iron when I asked. Small things for an otherwise excellent stay!
Large, fresh room with lots of light and space and one of the best rainfall showers I have ever experienced at a hotel. The breakfast was excellent and you are across the road from a great supermarket so easy to get whatever you need during your stay. Around a 1km walk to some great restaurants in Garching and the metro station.

Lack of restaurants and bars around
Breakfast was great selection but the location is a little far from restaurants and bars and you need a car to get to that. Overall great hotel!

Super convenient location to visit the Allianz arena, only 1 train stop away and the train station just across the street from the hotel. Rooms were big and clean, bathroom was modern

It was always busy at the reception, so I got the feeling they are a bit understaffed. Breakfast was pricey if booked on the day (23euro). The taste in art is very poor and a little anti-feminist.
The staff was really nice. The room was very specious and comfy. The grocery shop is just across the road. The metro is 4min walk away.

There was only a person for check-in and because the hotel is pretty close to the airport, if flight are cancelled, air companies send the people to stay here overnight. Therefore there was a really horrific queue at check-in. Waited in a line for over one hour to get a room.

The parking garage was full underneath the hotel. Even though we paid for a parking ticket there, we had to park in another garage.
It was very clean and pretty easy to reach with the car.

Location was just okay cast us alot to get around but no fault of the hotel.

The location is a bit far and limited cafe or bakery options especially on a Sunday. The price was a bit high than we liked but guess that was due to the various events in the city that weekend. It would have been nice to have had a small fridge in the room.
Nice spacious room, friendly reception staff and well connected to the underground station. A nice selection of snacks at the reception for urgent hunger.

The towels in the room were very small (especially for bigger people, like us). Would have liked a little fridge (for keeping insulin and drinks in). A mirror next to the TV by the plug socket would have been useful. This is not criticism it's just advice.
The Hotel was amazing. The staff were above and beyond helpful in every way. Excellent location for transport. Amazing Taxi driver from hotel to airport.
