Friendly staff and good location. I accidentally made a mark on the table in our room, told the staff - later same day they had fixed it. No extra charge and a friendly goodbye. Now that's a great service. Nice hotel overall for the price range. I would definitely stay here again 😁

Bed too fluffy for my taste. Small shower but it worked well. Street side noise, but it was ok for me.

The showers are either really hot or really cold. Usable but not great, there was no coffee in the room although there's an espresso machine in the breakfast area.

There was nothing to report that we did not like. Of course a new mattress and pillows, but this is something most hotels are in need of. We did not have breakfast, so I can not comment on the cost or what was available or offered. The cost of a coffee was more expensive than the other hotel we stayed at before we arrived.

We had to book last minute because of sickness and could not travel as planned. The price was very expensive, but for last minute, we had no other choice. It seemd every hotel in the area was sold out on that Friday night. We did experience a very friendly front desk staff who were very accomodating. The room was very large with nice wood furniture. There was a lot of room to move around and put our bags. There were big windows that looked out onto the street. The bathroom was very large as well. Some people wrote they did not like the motion light, I spent a bit of time trying to figure out where the light switch was, until the light came on. Once I figured that out, it was fine. Downstairs there is a smoking room with an old fashioned cigarette machine, just in case. They held our bags till we were scheduled to leave. It is very close to Reeperbahn, and Feldstraße, the Ubahn, and everything you would want or need in the area. Shopping, St. Pauli football stadium, restaurants kioks, cafes, are right around the corner. It was a very pleasant stay. I would stay again. Next time we plan a stay in Hamburg and in the area.

When booking, there were comments about the breakfast being good. However, it was unclear that breakfast was at an additional cost of 19.50 EUR (per person, per day). All options available when booking had no option for breakfast, which made you assume it was included in the initial price, which was already quite high. There was no information about the breakfast and cost at the time of booking or in email correspondence. It was only at reception the cost of breakfast was made known. Would I have booked somewhere else if I had known about the breakfast? Absolutely. There are lots of potential alternatives and the transport system is good.

It was clean and in a good location to Messe. Upon arrival, it was easy to check-in. I asked for an Iron and ironing board at reception, which was made available.

The lobby felt slightly dated but it really wasn't that bad.

The rooms were spacious! Very cozy with two beds and a couch. Honestly, great location to city center while we were in town for Taylor Swift's Eras Tour.

I personally didn't find the beds too comfortable and the automatic bathroom light doesn't make it feel very homely.

The location is very good, at walking distance from the U-bahn and about 30 mins away from the main sights in the city centre. The staff is very friendly and kept our luggage after the checkout.

The best thing about the hotel is the location. Very close to many nice places. And the river ain't that far away either. Hotel is nothing special but it was expected.

The room was very small, and I could smell cigarettes smoke coming from the hallway into my room. I could also hear the noise from the street and from the hallway, but not too much that I couldn't ignore it and sleep.

The hotel and the room were very clean. Breakfast was nice. The hotel is situated at St. Pauli which is quite central and the metro station connects you easily to other areas.
