The location is perfect, the room was comfortable and clean, staff were friendly and very helpful, and breakfast was very good.

Close to the train station

Great location, walking distance from the train station. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast fabulous. All you need from a hotel.

The perfect location in Cologne, easily walkable to all sights and convenient to the train station too. Great hotel, spacious and clean. Sockets by the beds for convenience. Kind and attentive hotel staff. Great breakfast each morning. No issues at all.

Very central location, close to main touristic areas

The location was great, right next to the cathedral and our room had views of the cathedral even. It was a large comfortable room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were even allowed to check in a bit early.

It isn’t the fault of the hotel but in addition to views of the cathedral most of our view was a construction site. I didn’t really notice a noise problem though.

Location is excellent, meters away from the Cologne Cathedral. Rooms were large and comfortable.

Construction of apartments and hotel ongoing, noisy and will likely be going on for at least 2 years. No airconditioning in rooms

Too hot!! No way of cooling off during warm summer days since there is no air conditioning and if you leave windows open at night the noise from the construction next door will wake you up starting at 7 am!

Cosmetically new but actually very run down. The bathroom that we had for a double was terrible. Oversight on my part as I didn’t read everything, just assumed that there would be an ac in this day and age. So even though they supplied us with fans the rooms were terribly hot and humid.

Easy walking distance from the railway station and close to the Cathedral. Large room.

Was warned about construction work close by, it did start early in the morning.

Location was good, except for all the loud construction and no view. There is no AC, staff wasn’t friendly! Go somewhere else!!!

The mattres was nice, the location was perfect, and the breakfast had plenty of options.

The pillow of the bed was not that great, and the bathroom wasn't that clean

It was very hot and there was no air conditioning. No mini fridge in room. Construction noise was accentuated due to need to open windows for ventilation.
