Room wasn't exactly clean some marks on the carpet and tile kind of broken in the bathroom. The reception was on the first floor which was weird and it took some time for the person to come to desk. Tv didn't work.

Big room with comfy beds. Restaurants and tram/bus stop nearby. Lots of towels and an iron board + iron box. Mostly secure because of the extra lock on the main entrance.

Carpets in room needs to be changed because are dirty, it was a bit difficult to find the hotel because the postcode take me on the main street where it's close for road works,so I have to find myself a way to return and with luck I saw the hotel .For what I paid it was overall good I came back in the room way after midnight.

Small rooms but enough for one person ,free parking next to Tedi shop, close to train station in all directions .Friendly and polite staff .

The rooms were very old and the carpets were not that clean. The water in the basin was clogging.

Pillows were a bit odd and the floor had stains, but it served the purpose we needed. Great links to get into the centre of dusseldorf and good location for convenience stores, local pubs and amenities.

Quality of bedding (holes in sheet), one of the windows wouldn't close properly (reported to staff). Reception is not open 24 hours per day (Just so you know) and bizarrely does not have an office phone. No air-con/heating system

Very helpful and friendly receptionist (Leo) who helped out when I had lost my phone in central Düsseldorf. Good location close to local shops and tram stop (Holthausen)

The elevator wasn't working.. . There isn't a single sign saying where the reception is the lobby is empty, then you have to go to the first floor to check in. Not cleaned properly: a used floss was left on the bathroom sink, disgusting. There wasn't a bin in the bathroom. No toilet paper. The shower was bad: the shower head fell in my hands. Luckily, not on my head, controlling the water was confusing and bad. The buttons kept getting stuck, making the water extremely hot.

If you want to save money and dont care about anything else, then this is for you. The old design is pretty. The bed was comfortable. The curtains make the room really black and good for sleeping.

It would have perhaps been nice to have some breakfast included, but that's truthfully the only issue I had with my stay and I could easily just grab breakfast at nearby bakeries and stores.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the facilities very clean! The staff was very kind and ready to answer any questions I had. The price was completely fair for the room. Despite being a bit of noise at night (which I could easily tune out), it was definitely on the quiet side.
