    Nothing

We booked a room for 3. When we arrived the employee was not there when we finally were able to check in to our room there were no sheets or blankets and only one pillow, a filthy mattress to cover a window with no curtains. When we called the desk they didn't answer and we kept calling over and over. Finally someone came and handed us some sheets but no extra pillows. Then they came with just one extra pillow and we gave up. We had to catch a plane really early and all the fuss took more than one hour of rest for us and our child. The room was filthy and lot of stains on the floor. Never again 🤢

Was not hard to get to, easy access to grocery and Streetcars.

Cleaning staff removed my "Do not disturb" sign and proceeded to knock on my door enough to wake me up as they started turning their key in the door. Also had repeated people knocking on my door at strange hours looking for other people. All the floors are carpet and there is a pervasive musky odor in rooms and hallways. It's not necessarily heavily offensive but more a discomforting smell. Rooms and hotel feel like they are stuck in renovations for the past 20 years or something. With old antiquated pieces left in the room. The rooms on my side have their windows open up to an office building, making it uncomfortable to leave the windows open for fresh air since you can see the office workers and they can see you, even laying in bed. Bed was not comfortable and on the second day I investigated to find a solid piece of wood under my mattress to hold it up on the failing box spring under it.

Big room with comfy beds. Restaurants and tram/bus stop nearby. Lots of towels and an iron board + iron box. Mostly secure because of the extra lock on the main entrance.

Room wasn't exactly clean some marks on the carpet and tile kind of broken in the bathroom. The reception was on the first floor which was weird and it took some time for the person to come to desk. Tv didn't work.

Dirty room, torn curtains, and mysterious stains on the carpet. We won't be back.

    Nothing. See below.

The worst experience since I book via BOOKING.com (I am a genius 3 customer) Lift did not work. Reception by very unfriendly personnel, seeming unable to speak German. Very dirty rooms: stained carpets (including bloodstains), overturned mattresses to hide bloodstains (not comfortable to sleep on the springs), bathroom floors sticky. We moved out to another hotel, in order to avoid the risk of catching illnesses. This hotel should be removed from the BOOKING.com application.

Booking was easy. The beds are comfortable and clean. The place is quiet. Good traffic connection for car and public transport.

This is more like a hostel than a hotel. For room prices around €100.- I would expect there to be a hair dryer and basic cleanliness. Instead there is the air of uncaring neglect: There are no mozzies around in this part of the world after September, yet in my room there were bodies of 7 squashed mosquitos on the walls in the middle of February! Could have been easily wiped away by the cleaner. In my daughter's room the wardrobe was completely full with old food containers and other household rubbish crammed into many plastic bags. Walls could do with some cleaning or painting. Net curtains had wholes. My room door had no door handle on the corridor side. A communal kitchen was available but poorly stocked with crockery etc. The room rates are very overpriced.

It is located close to the tram station and there are many bus stops as well. The rest are just "okish".

I tried to have a shower early in the morning and the water was cold. When you pay for a nigh close to 50 euro you expect at least hot water any time you wish to have a shower. The bed mattress should be replaced. For two nights you can sleep but for more than that, no! In general the bed sheets and the towels are clean but the rest within the room or the hotel in general need to put some effort and probably proceed with a renovation...
