Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Room was very clean, bed comfortable, breakfast high quality (freshly cooked eggs, bircher muesli, bread, croissants, fruit , loose leaf Darjeeling, daily special - usually avocado on bread), staff very friendly and efficient. Location was walking distance to shopping, museums, wide choice of restaurants and good public transport (we were attending the ATP tennis competition).

Great location, comfortable beds, separate toilet. I liked fact there was no carpet in the room and automatic doors. Safety parking in garage (need for reservation in advance).

GermanyUnfortunately I had a room on 1st floor and it was extremely noisy due to bars outside the hotel. Sleeping with open window was impossible. If you a light sleeper ask for a room on a high floor to the back of the hotel.

SwedenTo me it missed the little touches. The room was too dark. The air conditioning didn’t really work/bad control? There was a coffee machine but I had to ask for a kettle. No fridge in the room. Usually hotels like this smell wonderful, this didn’t have any smell and the soap products felt cheap. I guess I had higher expectations. I didn’t go to the lounge, sauna or gym so can’t comment

SwitzerlandThe only thing that would have made our hotel stay better would be the comfort of the beds. The mattresses were very sturdy and the sheets were unfortunately a bit thin, therefore too cold for a night in early spring.
The hotel is in an amazing location in the middle of the city. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms look beautiful. The breakfast had a large selection of options and this hotel in general exceeded our expectations.
