This time it was a room on additional floor without elevator. It was hard to take two big suitcases up the stairs. Did not like windows in this room: some parts made of half-transparent glass tiles like in toilet, and curtains were not enough wide, so it was very light in the room. And there was some kind of technical balcony outside connecting all nearby windows (did not feel safe). And this type of room was smaller, then previous two times that I stayed. If the first time I stayed it was this kind of room - I would not stay here in future...

Stayed for the 3rd time. Main reasons: location and price. Very convenient, as it is just in front of the Main Train Station. About 30mins walk to the center.

Comfortable room/ Location fantastic as direct access from the train/subway station/line through the huge underground shopping area. Room was facing a road - noisy but didnt really affect me. Breakfast was delicious with both buffet (cold) and ala carte items (hot). A good choice for staying in Munich

The Green deal, which asked guests to reuse bedding and bath towels 2 days, was terrific, but no one popped in to replenish toilet paper in between. Had to call front desk to get more.

There was a bit of noise outside during our first night, and the windows weren't quite blocking the noise from the outside. But then this didn't happen during the 2nd night and considering it's a big city and near the train station I wouldn't say it's a big problem.

The room was clean, had a great bed and the staff were very friendly. I really loved the vibes of the room. The location is great as well as it's right by the train station. The room had all the amenities, even the bathroom floor was heated which was a really nice addition.

There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room which was disappointing for a 4 star hotel.

Lovely spacious room and bathroom with quality fittings. It had windows that opened which is always a bonus. Toiletries that were provided were lovely. I liked the Green Option that gave you room credit to spend at the hotel. Mini bar prices were comparable to the supermarket. Very friendly staff.

The restaurant being closed on a local holiday. Everyone deserves their local holiday time - but in a major top flight hotel there should never be a time when the hotel is open and its retaurant is closed. Relief staffing should be provided.

It was my fourth or fifth stay at this quaint and very comfortable hotel. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. One passenger rooms a bit small but cozy and comfortable.

The air conditioning not strong enough, end up we opened the windows & use electrical fan at night.

The location is great, near Central train station; Lufthansa Express bus to Airport & FlixBus. Local tram lines stop in front of it. Close to supermarket & many choices of eateries nearby.

Location was fantastic. Just outside the underground train shopping mall exit B where you can get lots of food. Room was attractive. There's a 10 euro per room per day credits if no room service required which I used to offset for breakfast. Breakfast was delicious with both buffet style bread and buns, cheese and bacon and also customised omelette and pancakes. A huge Supermarket is literally 2 doors away. A wonderful stay.

Décor a bit OTT in places, eg gold coloured shower head.

Convenient for station. Very nicely styled. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Useful supermarket nearby. Easy walk into the old town from here.

It was hot inside our room (324). I had to open the window, but then the tram noise kept me awake. The electric fan did not help at all as the noise of the fan was loud enough and kept me awake too all night. It was my fault as I did not check if there was air-conditioning in the room, which in our case there was none. TV is not smart, and as such, no Netflix or Prime.

It is close to the Munich central train station, and approximately 15 minutes walk to the city centre. A lot of restaurants are nearby with a variety of selections. The room size is fairly decent, and the interior of the room and the bathroom is amazing.. Customer service is commendable. To the front staff, keep up the good work!

It gets hot in the summer on the uppermost floors, but the a/c kept the bedroom area in the comfort range.

Great location for train travelers who wish to be near the old town attractions. Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms like 542..
