Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

No complaints. Only thing i suggested on checkout was to get access to hot water to make a cup of tea.at night. Staff said should have asked one of them and they could have got one

The bathroom could have used a water glass; necessary to rinse out after tooth brushing. There were not toiletries but i'm guessing this is because most people bring their own. I do. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and had everything you would expect in a better hotel. The one thing I did not like was that you had to prepare your own eggs/omettes, bacon, and pancakes. There were only 4 platters for cooking and there was always a line waiting.
The hotel is designed for people who want a sports related vacation; biking, hiking, skiing, etc. I was particularly impressed with the biking facilities and extras (I was there in summer); tools for repairs, a well equipped bike garage with washer and dryer, outlets to charge E-bike batteries, and a wash rack outside. Very impressive! The rooms were "austere" in furnishings but everything was there and the room was comfortable

Nice rooms and facilities, clean and convenient. An interesting concept of informal communication (saying ‘du’ to everyone), self-cooked breakfast might be useful for people with special demands.

We stayed there for 4 days but breakfast menu was very basic. May be some egg options would be good for breakfast.
Overall very good experience. Super friendly people and location is also perfect for Zell am See, Dachstein, Werfen, Hallstatt etc.

The price of food and drinks are slightly expensive. If you'd like to have a more budget stay, you should bring your own meals.

There is no fridge in the room
A modern hotel with rooms big enough for two people. I was at the hotel for 4 nights and can say that the cleaning service is satisfactory, towels are changed on time. Breakfast is good enough. It is a good location, there is enough parking next to the hotel 1 euro per night. In conclusion, a perfect hotel

The rooms are big, new and comfortable, with a great view from the balcony, it was quiet and very clean! The staff is nice and helpful :) The sport spa looked great, all the facilities are new. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options! We stayed only one night but will definitely come back for more!

The metal hangers in the room were a bit too many and in places where they were not necessary - in theory a cohesive design. I hit myself lightly in one. but they are high enough not to be an issue for children. The breakfast was ok-eish - everything you need to make a sandwich, cereals. One needs to make the eggs himself (boiled or whatever) - My ideal vacation does not contain self-cooking in a hotel - so I did not appreciate the cooking stations. The beds might need new mattresses - in our room, they were a bit deformed by previous users. The hotel's restaurant had a relatively simple and short menu.
Nice room with a great view. The cleanliness was great, and the room was warm and quit big. I enjoyed the large bathroom.

Great value, better than average breakfast, comfortable bed, ergonomic room set up. Well above average sauna area with ample lounge chairs. After snowboarding all day, Finnish and Dampf saunas were super (especially since GAP pool/sauna is under construction). Terrific and friendly staff who all spoke English.

The breakfast food selection could be improved, or at least varied from one day to another (every day there were the same limited choices) The rooms feel a little bit too small. For one week, with all our winter holiday luggage, it felt a little bit cramped. We did not like it that we could not access our Netflix account or other aps on the TV.
The location is relatively a short drive from the the city Garmisch and the ski area there, but in addition there is a very nice hiking area nearby, with very beautiful waterfalls. The hotel looks new, very clean, with sufficient parking places outside or in the basement parking. I also appreciated the ski storage facilities (very spacy and well fitted) The hotel personnel was very nice, very polite, always ready to help, and answer questions.

In the bathroom, there is only a small bottle of soap by the sink, the guest has to carry the soap to the shower himself; no tissues, no courtesy kit. The toothbrush cup is missing. There are no tea/coffee making facilities or glasses in the room.
