How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Verified reviewStaff was ok, but less friendly than other places. Parking was absolutely nightmare. Hotel parking was full. I paid 16 euros for a nearby parking place for less than 12 hours. If you don’t have parking facilities than say it. I was driving through half Europe, the reason I chose your hotel because of the parking. However , when I booked, it said parking on hotel site or adjacent streets. Well, when you arrive in late evening /night you won’t check the streets next to the hotel. Breakfast was very nice and staff there also. Thank you.

Verified reviewAir conditioning was broken in the middle of summer and they only told us upon arrival when we couldn’t cancel anymore. Being placed on the 5th floor in a glass front hotel it was very warm so we had to open the windows which was very loud due to the big street next to the building. There also weren’t any available parking slots in the hotel parking so we had to walk from further away with all of our luggage, hotel parking is super expensive though anyways. Breakfast could be good with the food on offer but it was ruined by extremely loud and disruptive service personnel that kept interrupting people’s breakfast experience rudely, even scaring one little boy next to our table. This hotel is not worth the high price at all and I would recommend looking elsewhere, and this is coming from someone who has never written a bad review.

Long wait at check in and then very slow check in not helped by the staff allowing other guests to push in with their not quick "quick questions". Parking on site very tight and expensive.

Well AC was down in the building and it was hot in the room the staff did as much as they could to help guests, we got a fan the second night, also we where refunded part of the bill and parking fees waived so not perfect but good.

We did arrive late but had called. We were surprised there were no parking spots left. Motorcycles could have been parked more conservatively, leaving a couple more spots open. Then when we found out that there was no AC w weather in 90s!

Verified reviewThe location was definitely one of the highlights. The hotel is just a short walk from a beautiful park and the city center, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made check-in and other interactions smooth and pleasant.
The bed was very uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The rooms were poorly soundproofed, so we could hear noise from other rooms and the hallway. The air conditioning suddenly stopped working, which was a major inconvenience given the heat during our visit. Additionally, the international breakfast was quite average and not up to expectations, it lacked variety and quality.
