Staff were not helpful at dinner and especially unable to discuss gluten free options. Felt we were being deliberately ignored. Also reception not manned making check-in awkward. A note by the entrance explaining this is not the best solution.

Room was great, food was good, facilities all good. Design features made it interesting.

It is hard to think of anything wrong. I think this is a great place to spend a night.

The hotel had an excellent breakfast and friendly staff, many of whom speak Russian, which was surprising. There is plenty of space around the hotel and in the room itself. Even though the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, it is a good starting point for discovering the area, which we did the next day. You can also rent electric bikes or just hit the autobahn if you'd like to go further. On top of that, there is a free coffee machine in the reception area that you can enjoy anytime. The restaurant is amazing at any time of day, with nice burgers and plenty of italian options as well.

There are 2 things that did make my stay a bit meh. 1. Because I really wanted 2 days of nothing, relaxation and laziness, I found it a pity that there was no kettle/tea or coffee making facilities in the room. I kind of noticed already from the pictures before booking, so I knew it was probably like that, so I accepted it. It did however mean that for every tea or coffee I needed to leave the room again, ofcourse with your key, so automatically everything switches off.. It is a bit inconvenient.. But I guess if you know, it's alright. Plus side is: good coffee out of the machine.. Because of my wish to preferably not leave my room, I did take some snacks with me.. There is no mini-fridge in the room. Again, if you know, it's not a big deal. For the purpose of my visit, it was a bit of a pity. 2. Because of the purpose of my visit (relax and being lazy), I went for a late check-out. I already organised this on my arrival. By the time my last day came around, there was a knock on my door a little over 11 o'clock: receptionist and cleaning staff to ask why I didn't check out yet. I told them I had organised a late check-out. They apologized and left. A mix-up is definitely possible. However! 2 times after this initial knock, they came around again!! Another member of the cleaning staff and then another lady from the hotel staff. This last lady knocked and then even proceeded to already enter the room without waiting for an answer!! It was annoying to say the least and it felt definitely unwelcome. I was so annoyed by this time, that I ended up leaving at 12 o'clock because I felt like I wasn't welcome and wanted there anymore. The late check-out was supposed to be at 2 o'clock. The lady at the reception was really kind and did apologize multiple times and clearly felt embarrassed. She didn't let me pay for the late check-out, which of course was really good. It did however mean a very irritating end to my relax-stay at Fasson.

I stayed in this hotel, really to unwind and recharge. I just wanted some peace and quiet and 2 days of: eat, read, watch netflix, sleep and repeat. And that is exactly what I got. The room was amazing, spacious and I loved that the toilet was separate. The breakfast in the morning was amazing, although I went throughout the week and wasn't there for the weekend (therefore not having allll the options available), there was more than enough choice and goodies for a really luxurious breakfast. The staff was amazing. I would definitely return here!! Price-quality ratio is top notch. See my 2 negative points below, however: regardless of these two points this is a hotel that I am REALLY looking forward to return to! 10/10 would recommend!

Property is not located in a city or town but does have a great restaurant. This was no issue for us but I’m mentioning as we didn’t realise the hotel/restaurant was isolated. The only negative we had was that the bed pillows were terrible and need to be replaced.

Air quality in the bedroom; no door on the bathroom. It would be lovely if there was a swimming pool and sauna.

It's perfect for me!

I love the hotel. The luxus feeling while also at the same time feeling at home. It's far from a crowded area that's ideal for those who are looking to relax and be far from the main cities. Every detail and corner of the room is well planned. The design is fabulous and the hotel is very neat and tidy. I love the light design inside and I can say almost every corner of the hotel up to the outside of the hotel is perfect for me. I will surely come back again for another exceptional experience. Exceptional breakfast is another level of breakfast than other breakfast buffets I tried from other hotels and this is classy. You can order steak and personnel can speak different languages where you don't have to worry when you need to ask something. Overall it's a fabulous stay!

Not having coffee/tea service in room and we should go to the lobby to make a tea/coffee. No refrigerator in the room. No full-length mirror in the room.

Overall, we liked everything. It was clean, modern, comfortable, good restaurant, nice breakfast and good staff. Access to the back yard from the room and a nice garden view.

No coffee machine in the room or door to the bathroom, -its a matter of taste I guess- but thr main problem was that the a/c was controlled centrally which meant we were hot in December!!
