All good for our short stay.

The lady there was very friendly and kind, waiting for us to hand the keys, she asked what time we want our breakfast and she was positive with a smile when we said that we are planning to leave early and we could have our breakfast at 6 o'clock in the morning. Friendly, family atmosphere.

We stayed on a Monday and there was no restaurant or bar. Also no where local to walk to and after a full days riding we didn’t want to go back out on the bikes

Very nice apartment with everything you could need for your stay. Beautiful countryside location with chickens & cows!! Very nice & hospitable hosts!! I would stay there again!!

The apartment could use better lighting on the living area, it was too dark to read. The upstairs tenant was very loud in the evenings and at 6AM. The see-thru front door was not private at all. I recommend a curtain.

There was plenty of room and the apartment was very clean. The host was very helpful and breakfast was simple and delicious perfect.

That we could only stay for one night!! We wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the area. Unfortunately we only needed accommodations for one night.

This pension is set in a beautiful location and the word Panorama is well applied. The pension is out of the way (15 minutes from Kaiserslautern) but worth the drive. We rented an apartment and were impressed with the size of this accommodation. There was a separate bedroom and a large kitchen, breakfast nook and living area with a television with many channels. (I don't know if there were English channels but perhaps there were). The kitchen was very modern (had dishwasher, good sized refrigerator, kitchen towels) and the bathroom was also modern. We were there in August but the pension has been made very energy efficient (triple paned windows, insulation, floor heating) so it would be very comfortable in the colder months (but is was also pleasant on a warm day). The pension has a breakfast option that is not needed if you rent the apartment (as one can prepare one's own breakfast). We hadn't prepared for such a lovely apartment so we opted to buy the breakfast which was typically German (eggs, Broetchen, marmalades, cold cuts, coffee, tea etc.) and satisfying.

It was a stunning experience. Not only because of the overwhelming view, but also because of the friendliness of the owner, the clean room, the space, the modern bathroom, ... It was even topped by a breakfast, which has offered a great variety for every taste (fruits, omlette, different small breads, cheese, saussages, cake, etc.). We will definitively coming back!

It would have been nice to have been able to make coffee in the apartment. A coffee pot and cups, etc. were available, but no coffee.

We were with a group of ten. We received a very warm welcome, in a relaxed setting. The bedrooms were cosy, the shared living room was very cosy, the bathrooms were big and comfortable. Everything was absolutely clean. The breakfast is simple, tasty, and made with love. The views from the rooms and from the garden were mesmerising. Situated atop a high hill, you can see so far every direction you look. We felt like we were all Heidi on holiday. Thank you frau Semler for making us feel very welcome. And see you next time 😊

I like everything but bigger pillows and 2 per person would be even better. Also a small supply of coffee for the machine would be helpful as every machine needs different pods and you cannot be sure which ones to bring.

We have stayed before so clearly like this property and will return again. The apartment is spacious with a separate bedroom to the living area and a good sized bathroom, which is spotlessly clean. We specifically appreciated arriving to a warm, cosy place on a cold winter's day and the underfloor heating in the bathroom. The hosts are very friendly and helpful

Staff made us feel like we were a bother. Not friendly. House seemed abandoned. Restaurant was closed.

We arrived 16:15 and found no one there. I called the phonenumber on the reservation, was told they were shopping (both!) and we needed to wait 30 mins... Told us it was in our reservation that arrival prior 17:00 needed a notification but I checked again and it wasn't there. Since payment would have needed cash and we saw no restaurants nearby (loaction is at edge of small village) we decided not to wait and drive off, heading for home.
