We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CroatiaAt first I thought it would be a regular hotel next to an airport. But I didn't expect such a nice and relaxing atmosphere. A really nice lounge area, rooms are soundproof so I could not hear any airplanes and the breakfast was amazing, its a shame to be on a diet with food like that. All in all a really nice experience.

CanadaConsidering it’s. 10 minute drive/taxi, the public transit was about 45 minutes to take a train then a bus from the airport. Shuttle is 10euro per person. Temperature in room did not seem to match thermostat.
Staff were very helpful. Shuttle to the airport was quick and convenient. They even had a simple breakfast for us at 445AM before our airport shuttle. Clean, simple, comfortable room/bathroom.

ItalyThe rooms were a bit complicated to find, since you had to go out of the check in area into a square where there were other facilities and you had to take an elevator to then enter to another level. They did not accept check ins before 14pm, I had to pay extra for earlier check in.
The facilities were good and clean in general, It is a great location for the airport.
