There is no mini fridge. I'm not sure if there are rooms that include it. The whole place is a bit run down, the rooms too seem in need of maintenance but for the price point, it is acceptable. The wifi password is written down, and the handwriting was difficult to understand. Perhaps upon check-in, they can say what it is supposed to be (e.g., letters or numbers, capital or lower case).

The place is a short ~15-minute walk to the train station or 8 minutes if you take the tram. The bed was very comfortable and above my expectations for the price. The room was stocked with basic amenities like towels and the combined shower and body gel. Also, instant coffee and tea.

The staff isn’t always at the bar, the ring doesn’t work, so I couldn’t drink coffee in the morning. There wasn’t a bottle opener at the bar either, so I couldn’t open a bottle of wine. The view of the window isn’t beautiful.

I liked the bathroom with a bath and the nice bedroom. The room ist clean and cosy. The woman checking the rooms is very nice and understanding. The hall is modern and looks stylish.

Rooms need updating. Extra pillows and blankets could be provided. We paid for breakfast for 2 days. Lady on reception told us breakfast finished at 11. Second day we went for breakfast at 10.05 and room was locked. Nobody around and no sign of breakfast been served at all that morning. We went to reception to enquire.. Only to be greated by the most abnoxious and rude employee. The way he spoke to me was very unproffesional and in no way to speak to a paying guest. Manager did refund us the breakfast fee for that day. It would put me off ever coming back.

I booked to stay at this hotel with my mam as it was close to the xmas markets. Bed was comfortable. Staff were mostly friendly and professional.

Good value for money. Excellent location. Much quieter than expected given it's in the city center. Friendly and very helpful staff. Simple but very useful furniture.

Can't really complain to be honest. Had everything we needed.

Staff were nice and helpful. Great location. Next to tram/bus. Lots of places to eat locally. Supermarkets and kiosks all nearby. About a 20 minute walk to lively Altstadt which is full of bars/food and just down right lively really. It's also the main tourist area. Not a far walk either to the central bus station/train station. Lastly, not far from little Tokyo either.

The room was very small and hadn‘t many Sockets and not all of them worked. The WiFi didn‘t worked and you could see some signs of use in the bathroom. The bath tub had cracks.

It’s near the central station (10 min walk) and you have a good public transport connection.
