Our windows meet the preservation requirements for listed buildings, and we are continuously working on improvements, including better soundproofing and insulation. Noise from passing trams is a city-related factor beyond our control. Regarding the bathroom facilities, we regret that you did not inform us on-site. Our team is available 24/7 and would have gladly offered an alternative solution. The same applies to your concerns about bar and beverage service – had you contacted us, we would have done our best to assist you immediately. Our staff consistently strives to provide friendly and helpful service to all guests. Personal insults are inappropriate and disrespectful – even in a critical review, we believe mutual respect is essential.
