The only complaint was no air-conditioning, but we were staying during a heatwave.

Rooms were large and well appointed. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast items in the dining room were accessible at all hours. View of the castle from the dining room was a fun perk.

- Everything was great, if I had to provide an area of opportunity it would be the breakfast which was a bit basic (cereals and a few fruits), but it was included in the price and appreciated nonetheless!

- The room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. - The check-in process was quick and efficient. - There was tea and coffee available at all times in the reception area. - Location was great to visit the castle and the room had a nice view to the castle.

Extremely clean, well sized ground floor room with high ceiling (corner room at ground floor) with large comfortable bed. great breakfast. Car charging facilities worked well (after we figured out you had to insert the cable at an angle and then twist the whole thing to plug in-had never seen that before but seems common in Europe).

Very special property, converted from a classical villa. We arrived early and the manager was able to come and let us check in. Breakfast was nice and tasteful. We stayed for a visit to Hohenzollern Castle and the hotel gave us a free admission.

Great location! Wonderful breakfast! The Alb card (which they gave us) was very useful in visiting neat locations. We saw three castles and a cave in one busy weekend. We got great recommendations on local restaurants in the area.

Not too much. It was fine that we did not need to open all windows, but on a very hot day the windows standing next to the main road might be a bit noisy. The beds were a bit too hard for our taste.

Great place with great facilities and very spacious. The staff was really super nice and effective and got us all we needed and gave us good tips on where to go for leisure and have dinner.

Beautiful hotel. Easy 7 minute drive to Hohenzollern Castle. Breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were beautiful, comfortable and clean. Would 100% stay here again. One note is that it is important to request Alb Card (free Hohenzollern tickets) from the hotel beforehand if you want to use it the same day as check-in.

We have no complaints.

Beautiful spacious room, very warm and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful in answering all my questions. The Albcard made going to the Burg Hohenzollern very easy. Hotel is conveniently located to the castle and major roads. Delicious breakfast including the best Stollen I’ve ever had. The key box made check in quick and easy. Enjoyed the wine and drink selection in the foyer.
