Cold rooms when we came. We've being waiting till rooms were warmed. Two radiators, but just one was warmed fully, the second was full of air most probable and was warmed just 10-20%. Dust under the beds, nobody cleans there... some broken/not properly installed ceramic on shower room floor (not sticked), but the price - is market price. So, by me, quality/price is very low scoring here... 10.00 sharp we've being asked to leave rooms, no excused and some respect 30-40 minutes timing, as it is usually given by lot of others hotels. From two TV sets installed in the room, just one was in operation. So, you pay, but not all is in operation. No tooth sets, no shaving sets if you forgot yours...

Convenient location, super friendly and helpful staff who went the extra mile for us and our baby & dog. Room was fine and comfortable for one night.

There is no reception after 21hrs, however the keybox system works fine. The whole town is practically closed at 22hrs.

Rooms and facilities are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is very good. The staff are very accommodating.

The bed was a littlr bit too soft for my back. Otherwise there was nothing to complain about.

Very friendly staff, the room had a decent size and was very comfortable, thelocation is in a quiet one-way street, close to both the train stataion and the city center, several restaurants around the corner. No complaints about the bathroom either.

The property is well situated for the town. The restaurant served typical local dishes in the evening. The breakfast selection and presentation was first class.

Not really a problem for my tall family members as the toilette was done for tall people. I only saw half of my face in the mirror. Shower was bit small. No lift. Likely very old hotel that has been renovated.

Great location close to highway for a one night stay, arrived also late but was not a problem. A very spacious room and as we were 3 people, bonus was a proper bed in a small room within where you could close the door. Breakfast had all you need. Bonus for accepting dogs. Private parking. Would stay again.

The cleaning condition is generally good. But I believe they could be reach to perfect level.

The location is great for travelers who plan to visit hamburg or lubeck. It takes only 5 minutes from bahnhof by walk and price is relatively reasonable compared to hotel in hamburg and lubeck as well. Also, reception staff made me comfortable by their kindness.

The beds were hard as stone. It was a lot of noice from outside. I got a parking ticket in front of the hotel.

It was ok with late chek in. The room was nice.

One has to pay on arrival without being offered to look at the rooms - unusual! Room was on the 2nd floor, no elevator and the staircase is in places somewhat narrow. Staff did not offer any help with the luggage. Room smelt strong and unpleasant of some spray. Carpet did not look very clean. Beds were stone-hard, pillows old. Breakfast was ok, but not more. Considering this was Bad Oldesloe and not Hamburg, the place was too expensive.

Hotel is pretty quiet and close to the Center. Car park behind the house.

The property could be cleaner. The toilet was stained (on the outer part of the commode)The area below the mirror in the bathroom was stained (had dirty water marks left by previous occupant maybe)

Prompt response from the owner, warming welcome, high-qualified facilitates, very thoughtful to every small details. I am a frequent traveler, it is definitely one of the best city apartments that I have been stayed, too bad was a business trip, really in rush, otherwise would have stayed few more days for sure!

Poor breakfast! Had to stay outdoor for an hour at night when fire alarm sounded by mistake. No information was given!
