The room was large and comfortable. The restaurant was fantastic! We arrived later than intended, but the restaurant stayed open for us and offered us a great dinner with a bottle of wine. The breakfast, especially the bread, was fresh and very good. There were homemade options as well as lunch meat and cheese as normal in Germany

There were two hotels with the same name very near each other. We went to the wrong one first and had a very delicate journey through the very dark forest late at night.

Large, room, lots of sunlight. Plenty of power points. Hotel bar & restaurant, great beer and dinner at a good price. Was given secure garage parking for my motorbike. Excellent breakfast.

I really like room 28 - only a few stairs to take our luggage. I liked having two chairs in the room; big windows let in light.

Towels need to be refreshed as they are tired and worn. I knew it was several miles outside Wolfhagen but there is nothing around there. It is really just good for sleeping/reading.

We stayed here for one night as a stop over on our way to Dresden. We had low expectations, but it was actually quite nice. The staff is very friendly, although they only speak German. Our room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet had lots of good options!

3 flights of stairs; advertised in Wolfhagen and it was 6 km. outside the city of Wolfhagen.

So much; the view, the quiet, the rooms, the atmosphere, etc. We felt like we were at the edge of the world but not lonely. The people you encounter here are few and far between but very friendly and accomodating.

There wasn't anything we disliked though my partner missed a waterheater so he could make his own coffee in the morning but not a dealbreaker at all.

Perfect location next to the main road, very quiet neighborhood. Breakfast is quite good, staff is friendly and helpful. I would book this place again.

Average hotel-room. Cannot say that I liked anything in particular. It was clean and I think that's about it.

If you don't speak German - don't pick this place. I speak only few sentences in German (especially "I don't speak German") and during check-in the lady in front kept talking to me in German even though I kept repeating "I DON'T UNDERSTAND". If you want to come in winter - don't pick this place. The bathroom in my room had broken heater and some kind of window-ventilation system that caused that bathroom was horribly cold and because of that it was almost impossible for me to use it. During check-in I was informed that breakfast was until 10 am. I went to reception at 9am and everything was closed. No info and yes - the place where the breakfast was supposed to be served was instructed to me in German during check-in. Yes, I didn't understand what she was saying.
