We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyI was surprised there was no soap at the washbasin in our room. There was shampoo/body wash in the shower, but that was a bit inconvenient if just washing hands. The breakfast buffet area is surprisingly small, and thus felt cramped for so many guests. Because of the layout it was difficult to actually reach some of the (good) selection of fruit, and cheese and meats were positioned so that guests entering or leaving the breakfast area were blocked by others serving themselves. If scrambled eggs and yoghurt are presented in such small bowls, then the staff need to be more attentive to refills, rather than waiting for guests' request (observed both mornings).
Superb location, very quiet room. Excellent beds. Water and fruit provided in the room.

The breakfast was outstanding. We also ate dinner there one evening which was wonderful. The room was much larger than most European hotels we have stayed in. The value and location were excellent!
