There was no kettle in our room (which we needed for the baby). I’m sure if we asked for one they would have provided it, but we didn’t want to disturb the hosts as we had arrived after 9pm.

Very easy check-in process. M. Moser replied messages and was very accommodating to all my needs. Parking was easily available, though a little full by the time we arrived.

Good location, really clean, comfortable and spacious room. Jens, the owner was brilliant and was so friendly. His communication was great before I arrived and when I had problems getting into my room!

Never saw any personnel. It makes it very inpersonal. The place could have scored an 8 if we had at least met the owner once. However, app contact was sufficient.

The shower is fantastic! Room was clean. Good location for a stop on our way to Italy and vice versa. Eat breakfast at Rewe!

The beds are the huge negative. They say we'd get a double bed, it's a lie ! They just push two singles next to each other. So you end up with two single cover, a crack in the middle of your bed. On top of that, the cushions are horrible. It's almost as if you had none.

The location is really convenient. It's awesome they accept animals. There's room for parking. The Rewe right next to it (from 7am to 10pm) is a real plus. It's quiet. The shower is so nice !

We arrived late in the evening, but did not have any problems with the check-in. We received clear instructions on how to get to the hotel and to the room! The manager was in touch all the time, although we called him late! Everything is fine, the room is spacious. The price is the best of those hotels that were nearby.

We had no problems with our stay. It was great.

We wanted a place to stay near to Basel that was well located near public transport to finish a long day of train travel and in advance of another day of long travel. The location is great, a few mins walk from the local station. It was also great that it was next to a big supermarket that meant both our evening food and breakfast was easily sorted. We didn't see any staff but access in and out was very easy. The rooms were a good size. Whilst there was no air con, there was moveable fans that were welcome during such a hot stay!

If i had to say anything, that there wasnt a kitchen or place to heat up food.

The property is next to a supermarket and cafe, so although it didnt have a kitchen or cooking facilities to hear or cook, it had a mini fridge. The room and bathroom was big and very functionable. Jens answered nearly every question within minutes. Checkin was easy (once you worked it out) and Jens was more than happy to help store my luggage after checkout time as it was raining and i needed to get a few things to waterproof my items. He even gave me extra time as it was too wet to get to the trainstation.

The room was pretty spacious and very clean as well. The place is conveniently located right next to the local Rewe, as well as the train station. Jens is a very friendly and helpful host - thank you!

the room is very clean, and we got a cot for our child for free, so it’s up to 3 years old you can ask to have a additional cot in the room, really good for us to have a good sleep!! will come back when we visit the area again!

Wasn't expecting a great hotel, basic but good night sleep.

I wanted a hotel that i can arrive late too an check in at any time. They gave me a code to get the key, stright forward.
