Nice clean area.

Not much of a choice of breakfast.

-Very close to Europa-park entrance (7 min walking) -Good breakfast -Restaurant downstairs - very good food; you don’t have to look for other restaurant in the evening; nice terrace in the back on Elz river. -Everything ok in the apartment

Location, very clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Rooms nice and beds comfortable and the bonus of air conditioning

A minor niggle I would of like a kettle to make a hot drink

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming to our family throughout our 4-night stay. The location is also excellent—just a 5-minute walk from Europa Park. For a stay that offers great value for money, I would definitely recommend it!

Air conditioning, close to Europa Park, window shades that blocked the sunlight so we slept well, lots of towels, comfortable sheets and bedding, complimentary sparkling water and cookies

I specifically booked this hotel because breakfast was included and the staff at check-in indicated that breakfast was from 8-10am, so we were planning to have breakfast, check out and go to Europa Park for the 9am opening (as were several other families staying at the hotel). The morning of checkout, we went downstairs but the kitchen area was locked, no hotel staff were to be found, I tried calling the number and leaving a message but no one got back to me - same with the several Booking messages I sent to the hotel. No answer, no explanation. There was no one at the front desk when we had to check out just before 9am (and still no breakfast available), so we had no choice but to just leave the keys to the room on the desk and leave for the park, and had to have breakfast there instead (so we spent time we had wanted to spend enjoying the park - and money - having a rushed breakfast instead). Very disappointing - I would never have booked a room here had I known the staff just wouldn't show up for work in the morning!! I sent a message asking to be refunded for breakfast - no answer yet!!

Siegfried was a very kind host and his co workers as well. It made us feel very welcomed. The breakfast was good and sufficient

Perfect location, walking distance from Europa Park. Very friendly management and the accommodation is good value for money. The restaurant on site, the beer garden & river view is great. Very highly recommended.

Everything was perfect.

We had a lovely stay At this place. The room was spacious, clean, cozy and really warm. The owner was really nice. The place is located right next to Europa park, 5 minutes away

Lovely room, plenty of space. Very quiet location yet only a few minutes walk from Europapark. We had a very tasty breakfast at the Pension too.

The mattrasses are starting feel a little used
