The location at the lake is great

Old and dated rooms, not like the photos at all. We had 2 rooms, both on the second floor and they were incredibly hot and uncomfortable to sleep in with one of the rooms only having one tiny window (to the main road). I would expect at least a portable fan. No amenities in the rooms at all. The hotel appeared understaffed.

The room was clean and the rest of the stay was fine. The breakfast is good.

At check-in, we were given a different room than the one we had booked. We had specifically reserved a Deluxe Room with a balcony, but instead received a room without a balcony, facing a transformer and a lawn mower. When we brought this up, the staff responded rudely and insisted—raising their voices—that it was the correct room. This was very unprofessional and disappointing. There was no willingness from the staff to resolve the issue or even offer an apology — only an effort to prove they were right.

Perfect location, historical building, cozy room

Breakfast was really good with a great view of the lake and mountains. The hotel overall was a great mixture of traditional but modernized Gasthaus you can find in Bavaria. I will be coming back.

Good location near lake and nice walking trails, food in the on site restaurant is very good, staff are very friendly, I will stay again if going through the location in the future.

Located very beautiful down to the lake with views of the mountains from our room and most common areas. Delicious breakfast and cosy atmosphere of the hotels common areas. Nice with electric vehicle charges on location.

The room was magnificent- clean, comfortable and spacious. Tip marks also for the quietness, no excessive sounds got through. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was great, right at the start of the hiking path.
