The reception staff is really kind and hospitable, the structure is historic and very large but I must say very quiet. The rooms are large and clean. The restaurant offers many well-cooked dishes and at very reasonable prices. The location is very central and just outside the structure there are many shops, bars and restaurants. In particular, a bakery that offers very good products and delicious breakfasts. Ultimately I would say that it was a very pleasant stay. The possibility of late check-in is interesting.

    nothing to say

Bar staff very rude and was charged Mutiple times for one round of drinks, all at different prices

    Property response:

you wrote the wrong hotel review, we didn't have breakfast. I ordered a taxi for you, because of the waiting time you'll get 1 beer from me for free at around 9:30 a.m.

Room was great, bed comfortable and clean.

Shower was useless, I could pee stronger than it, I like a good pressure when I take a shower and yours had none.

Location is great, hotel is nice and clean, spirit of the past resonates in this great architecture and mainly, charmingly crackling wooden floor completely got me... My room was nice, spacious, bathroom with bath was royal... Manager smiling, happy to fulfil all the wishes... Highly recommending, directly in the center, evening walks in the town were incredibly romantic... Big Like 👍

The only good thing I can say about the hotel is location in city center.

Dark room with no sunlight, on ground floor with one window with view on wall and steep hill with dense trees, smelled like basement. It was easy to access from inside so we had to close windows when leaving and we were coming back to damp air. Especially carpet was old and smelly, I had to wear shoes all the time as walking bearfoot felt risky. No window in bathroom, wet towels couldn’t dry for whole day. Also I booked room with double bed and I’ve received room with two single beds. Staff was nice but totally unhelpful when we asked for other room, I would prefer to have the one I’ve booked and paid for. I will not stay there again. The pictures I’ve attached were taken on very sunny day, around 30 degrees outside.
