The room size and clean.

Looks like it was recently renovated There is a shared refrigerator available for use on the lower floor.

The towel used on the first day may be used again on the second day. No towels are provided on the second day. It may take a long time to get the toilet flushed. No air conditioning, electric kettle or refrigerator in the room

Terrific stay for value hotel, it had everything we needed. Location was a perfect base for our 5 day stay in Bavaria. Very clean hotel and room, comfortable beds, good light, picnic tables on grassy hill in back, entire dining lobby for guest use, equipped with dishes, cups, utensils, refrigerator, hot water kettle, and wine opener. Very close to the local bakery and the large supermarket (6 min walk, 1 min drive) with anything you need, so even though there is no breakfast, you can easily furnish your own.

There was zero staff on hand, so we were on our own for the duration of our stay. I think they are usually short staffed with one person on hand, but even he took vacation during our week, so it was really quiet--which wasn't necessarily a bad thing. The owner came by the first night to answer any questions and give information, and could be reached by phone if needed, so nothing was a surprise. If you want a hotel with bustling energy, this isn't it, but if you want peace and quiet in a clean, welcoming, value-driven place in a great location, this hotel is perfect.

We've stayed here a couple of times already, it was good and clean as usual

We had to call the property to get a PIN code, but the number on booking.com didn't work as no one answered it. Phone number on Google Maps was correct though

Clean, comfy newly equipped room. Easy parking. Handy for local shops.

We got disturbed before our actual checkout time of 10:00. Check out time should be until at least 11:00.
