No aircon in the room made it tough nights when it was exceptionally hot

The weather was hot,the room did not have a fan,the room was at the front due to the noise of the locals sat out side you could not open the window.

The restaurant and the main hotel with the rooms are two different buildings , across the street from each other - slightly inconvenient with little kids because you have to get them fully dressed before going to breakfast.

The room was very clean and it’s very convenient. There is a Gasthaus Restaurant belonging to the hotel and at the same place, there is breakfast everyday.

Staff off the restaurant where a bid overworked/understaffed? Could be a bid more welcoming. For example in walked in at 16.30. I saw the kitchen opens at 17.00 I wanted to ask if we could order a drink untill the kitchen opens. Before I could ask the staff snapped at me that the kitchen did not open untill 17.00. I asked if we could order a drink and staff looked annoyed but took our drinkorder. Could use a update of vegetarian and vegan dishes. The vegan salad is a bigger version of the side salad they serve with the meat dishes. They are trying at least.

Nice very clean room. Good beds. We could take a bus from this location to the city center. This was a good connection. We also had een nice walk in the area. Breakfast and Food was good.

Overall everything worked well. The family room in particular was really good. Two adults + two kids + dog fit in really well, and I think the room would have accommodated also a third kid "as was". Everything was clean, breakfast really good. Great value, then.

Airco on the room would have been very nice. Now it took a while before the temperature dropped.

Nice and quiet location ‘halve way’ between NL and Austria. Has a own terrace where you can eat. Convenient if your purpose is only to stay for the night.

The gentleman handling the restaurant at times seemed to quite struggle with English, which is somewhat ok given this is a really small town, not an international hotspot. He also assumed that the change from paying for dinner was tip. I don’t know if this is a local culture trait, but if felt a bit surprising to me.

The owner and his wife made me feel very welcome! They even arranged for an extra early breakfast upon request, as a few of the guests had a very early start.

My room was just about adequate for one person, and the bathroom even smaller. The WiFi network was not stable and kept disconnecting frequently.

Decent location, Public Transport is easily accessible. The staff were friendly, Good Breakfast and Private Parking. I also got a good deal on the room price as compared to other hotels.

We've late check in and when we got to our room, we found heating system was not working so we were nearly frozen at night. There were no one in the reception at that time so we can not make it fixed. Keep into mind this is a very far hotel from city center. Breakfast was weak. No tomatoes served, there was only one type of cheese and also smashed eggs was not free

Some leaflets with infos such wi-fi pasword, breakfast times and few other details would be helpful.

Good location, friendly staff and amazing facilities. Room was very confortable and big for the 4 of us and the receptionist was very helpful with all our requests. On top, delicious breakfast and the pub is so beautifully decorated.

We had no electricity in the room and it wasn't possible to have this fixed. We also missed a small playing area for the kids. We were travelling through (we had spent the entire day in the car) and we had hoped the kids could play a bit near the restaurant terrace when we were going for diner (but as the terrace was directly next to the street with cars passing by, that wasn't possible).

The room was clean and spacious, it easily fitted the 4 beds and a small table with chairs and parking was nearby. The staff was very helpful.
