How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staying in Room 32 for two nights beyond the facade, which did not impress, we found a very comfortable and functional space. Plenty of windows provided natural light and ventilation during a hot spell. The hotel is situated just outside the main city centre but boasts free parking and is very close proximity to public transport, allowing a single transfer into the city for 2€. There are also some really nice bars and eateries close by

There is no AC (only fan) and when we visited the town it was above 30 degrees Celsius. Plus it is not the quietest of places.
Good location close to important transportation options, great price and clean rooms.

The street can be noisy, but it was ok when windows were closed. I got stung multiple times and it got swallow in the next days, it's getting better now
Comfortable hotel near Mercedes museum and metro station. The rooms are clean, spacious and free fresh water is provided. I slept well and comfortably.

It is a small hotel so you don’t have 24h bar, for example, but plenty of options nearby.
Good location, easy to access via train/subway, and easy to walk to central area of the neighborhood.

Carpet floor due to my allergies
Small family run hotel close to city center. Rooms and bed are comfortable. Decoration is like from 90s but you have all you need for a,short stay Cleanses is good

Need to be cleaned more We found cockroach ، I dont know if it came from the window . Dust is there on the carpet at the corners.

Only the essential facilities available. Rooms not air-conditioned. Fan is provided though. Complimentary bar not available. Free sparkling water and kangenwasser is provided.

Hotel is overpriced for the low quality of the rooms. I constantly travel on Business and stay at different hotels and at least 3 nights per week, across Europe. I think that I can make a qualified rating on hotels. Would I stay at this hotel again? No, not for the price. Anything over 40 Euros is to much for the accomodations offered.

Easy check on. Big room and bathroom. Crisp white linen. Walking distance to thermal baths. Very clean. Quiet despite being on busy road. Would stay again.

Very nice personel. Quick and no problems. Very important - they got private parking places so no worry about parking. In this stuttgart area this is very important. I recomend. Clean rooms and very near to mercedes benz museum. Thank you.

When I looked to book the room, the pictures were attractive and attracted people, but the reality is completely different from what exists This is very bad and scam people the money value is not worth the hotel rooms Also the heating system is not working

Everything was fine!
The staff were friendly and ready to help promptly.We have really appreciated how quickly our requests were met. Highly recommended! A big bathroom, a warm room and a quite comfortable bed were also a nice bonus.

Insanely hot in the summer. Even with a small AC in the room. But, this can be said about most hotels..
Really clean. The staff was really nice, always available and agreed to let me leave my suitcases temporarily in the hotel after check out.

location near a main road but noise was acceptable due to central location, had a good sleep even with open windows. As we were not too many breakfast guests the breakfast was good but not too many choices.
space for parking even with minibus (lot of other Hotels only up till 1.80 m high car parks), central location in Cannstadt, very nice staff and comfy rooms and bathroom
