We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

LatviaProbably my own fault, I did not see during booking, I have chosen "shared bathroom" in booking. I needed to go quite a distance from my room "naked" to shower! The good thing - it's off season, nearly no guests in hotel and no need to wait in line to get to shower. Was like my private one! Room was very small and very simple.
Small and cute hotel, you feel like home. All is very simple, but looks like recently renovated, fresh colors. The design is thought out, paintings on walls are in united style. Breakfast - continental, portioned for every guest. They even had some dark bread. No surprises, all was enough. Shared bath room/shower - renovated, very good preassure of water in shower!

GermanyThe main inconvenience for me was that there are no English speaking stuff. But I don't think it's a big disadvantage. I would say it is a minor inconvenience.
The hotel offers best breakfast ever! And everybody around are very friendly. I liked how maids cleaned up my room. They organized my stuff and at the same time never touch anything they are not supposed to touch.
