Hated the staircase,so steep and hidden entrance and no parking . Also I didn't like the self check in personally ,I like the human touch . The shower was tiny in the bathroom if you were large you wouldn't fit !!

There is no furniture except for the bed, so you have nowhere to put your bag. There is a small shelf, but you can't do anything with it.

Didn’t have a proper chair for the table like on the pictures. Not much storage for clothes (pictures showed more). Pretty noisy when neighbors open and close their doors.

THE STAIRS!!!! To get into the room, we had to climb 2 flights stairs (see photo) with luggage. My fault I didn’t notice the hotel wrote clearly that no lift. It’s more like BandB than a hotel, coz no staff in the evening. We checking with pass code to get a key.

Location is good, although parking lot is a bit far (350-400m from hotel). Room is good cozy with style. Snack bar at lobby got coffee pod, wine and soft drink for you to buy

The automated check-in works very well, even with a separate sheet on request with bike storage instructions (in German, but Google is wonderful). I am very happy to have a cheaper room because the front desk is not attended in the afternoons. The location is perfect for the old town, and the restaurant below is superb. There's no breakfast served here, but there are two nice breakfast cafes right outside the door.

The TV needs to be upgraded. The table was rather decorative than usable (for work for example).

It was clean and the room was already pre-heated which was very nice. The bathroom was very nice as well. The bed and the cushions were comfortable.

Very hot temperature in the room in summer, the hotel is in the city (and not air-conditioned, but we knew that) it was rather difficult to sleep with the windows open (noise and street lights). No car park near the hotel, it was difficult to find a free place in the recommended parking.

Very clean, comfortable and spacious room for the family, perfect location. Beautifully decorated, very good WiFi connection. Knowing that it was hot, the hotel provided sheets with duvets to cover up "lightly". Very good breakfast at the bakery next door on the hotel's recommendation. Recommended parking at a very reasonable cost.

I missed having the luxury of an onsite restaurant/bar, but there's certainly plenty of those just steps away from the property, so not really a big deal. This was perfect for our particular needs.

Location was great! Didn't really have much contact with any staff; it operates much like an air bnb.....keys in lockbox. But the room and beds were comfortable and it was nice to be able to incorporate a third person without the need to secure an additional room.

There was absolutely no staff around, I even called the day I was supposed to arrive and they picked up and hang up on me. There was no customer service at all, not one person you could talk to and when you call they don't wanna talk. Thankfully we accessed the room without a problem but I found it very untrustworthy and impersonal that there's no staff anywhere. I wouldn't recommend to anyone, it's decent to stay for a night if you are in the area but that's it
