Quiet rural location, frequented by walkers and cyclists, surrounded by agriculture and nature. Picturesque hotel with comfortable and clean rooms, plenty of easy parking. Slept well, nice breakfast spread.

The hotel is situated right to the forest at the end of the small village like you are in a fairytale. Exellent for nature lovers, with beautiful environment,quiet place, friendly staff, very good breakfast, atractive outdoor sitting area.

The beds end pillows were not comfortable for us. But this is our usual experience in Germany, Austria and Switzerland because obviously in these countries they prefer this pilliow type- too soft and too short to support the neck comportably. So this is not a reason to underrate the hotel as far as they offer "' the usual pillow type"' witch does't fit us. But if there was a suitable pillow I would give 10 to the accomodation. Surely recomend

Helpful, friendly, no-nonsense reception. Stylish, spacious, high-ceiling room in old mansion-building. Good bed, good temperature for sleeping. When entering the room it felt a little chilly, but we chose low sleeping temperature and after a short while I was comfortable spending the evening in the room. It was a rainy evening. Breakfast was excellent and added to the value. Surroundings are green.

We liked the beautiful surroundings, near the woods, very calm and quiet.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Nice, relatively luxurious breakfast. Friendly if not very proactive personnel. Good pricing. Spacious room, comfortable bed. Great area to do some walking in nature.

The fly screen doesn't fit the windows so there were dozens if not hundreds of flies in the room when we got in. Got rid of them ourselves (ran around flinging a towel, let some of them escape, killed a few) but did advise the hostesses to check other rooms if they had new guests coming in. They reacted in a laconic way and continued playing cards. Which was what they were doing when we got in...and kept on doing until we introduced ourselves as the arriving guests (we'd let them know that we'd be arriving around that time). The hotel is pretty dated, was renovated in 1999...which is almost 35 years ago...and it shows...but overall good value for the money!

The matresses were well too hard, so the adults slept terribly.
