It is very basic, one pillow, one blanket, but comfortable. The room is very small, but again for one person it is comfortable.

The owners are very friendly and very inviting. It is very conveniently located in the city. For one person, it is comfortable and has everything you need. It is very clean!

Unfortunately given that it was in the top floor the space in the bathroom was not too large and sometimes uncomfortable, but it was not too big of a problem!

We were really surprised with the fancyness and the extreme care that was put into the apartment. It went above our expectations and were really satisfied!

About a ten minute walk to the train station. We messaged the night before to coordinate luggage drop off. Seamless check-in and explanation on a card in the room regarding WiFi, restaurants, and check out.

It's in 550 years old house with a nice athmosphere. The landlord was really nice and helpfull. The studio was newly furnished and absolutely clean. It has a fridge, an el.catle and a tiny kitchenete but without dish. It was no problem safely park our bicycles.

I stayed at this accommodation just for one night being on a business trip. I actually booked also a second room for a colleague of mine but he got sick at the very last moment and could not travel with me. I cancelled the second room after the official deadline for a full refund but, nevertheless, the owners agreed to completely refund the money payed for this room. Big thanks to family Anani! The accommodation is very conveniently located in less that 10 min walking distance from the central railway station and the city centre. It is easy to find and the only problem is that at the door there is no table saying "Old Town Guesthouse Erlangen". Therefore, you have to look for the address of the accommodation. I arrived there before the official check-in time but this was not a problem and I was very politely received by the owner Mr. Anani. I stayed in a single room and it was relatively small but surprisingly well designed and arranged. It had everything that you need: a proper bathroom, nice bed, spacious wardrobe, table, fridge, coffee machine, flat TV, etc. and everything was very clean. Free wifi, water, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, etc. were also provided. On the floor there was a small kitchen where one could prepare some simple things to eat. As a whole, this was a very pleasant and satisfying experience and I definitely recommend this place in Erlangen.
