Very nice room and excellent breakfast !

When we arrived, the hotel was hosting a wedding party in their restaurant, which later moved to the party hall. Unfortunately, the loud music continued until around 5 a.m. We were in the middle of two long drives and badly needed a good night's sleep, but the heavy bass from the party made it impossible to rest. What’s most frustrating is that the hotel never informed us about the event when we booked. Had we known, we could have made other arrangements. There was no one available to help during the night. The emergency phone number at reception was unresponsive, and my message to the hotel via Booking.com has gone unanswered as of writing this review. It’s a real shame—this could have been a great stay. The hotel did waive the €10 extra bed charge at checkout, possibly as compensation, but we left feeling very disappointed and severely sleep-deprived.

The location is convenient—about a 10-minute drive from the city center, and there’s a nearby shopping center. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very kind. Breakfast was also a highlight and quite enjoyable!

The hotel is located in a pleasant area on the outskirts of Herborn, surrounded by fields, although it takes about 15 minutes on foot to reach the old town center. The room was clean, the bed was large and comfortable, and the breakfast was good

Glass between room and the bathroom - this is really awkward idea. In the room there is a hotel booklet whre you can read that there is a sauna and you have to ask recepction to warm it... whnes asked, Recetion answered "we have no more souna here" :) - correct your information you provide to the quests ;)

Hotel is quite nice, rooms are spacious. The object is clean. Free parking places outside.

Sauna was closed! Initially Sauna had been one of the main reasons to choose this hotel.

The breakfast was excellent and varied. It was great that the price included an electric car charging point. It was nice calm area and there were not too many guests during the Easter holidays.

Hotel is a labyrinth inside with incomprehensible signs for hotel rooms and hotel floors. Outside key box badly indicated

The Restaurant I DON't recomand. Is most of the time closed, personnel doesn't know english, is very rude, 2 times I was invited to go out from the restaurant because was "not open".

There is no aircon and we were staying during summer. It was so hot and uncomfortable during the night, especially for my toddler.

There were three of us, two adults and one child, and we paid for three adults, with the understanding that there would be a King-size bed and an additional bed for the child in the room. Then they wanted to charge us an extra €10 per night for the additional bed for the child, even though we already paid for three adults. Then they initially assigned us a room with two single beds, apparently by mistake. They changed it to a family room with one queen-size bed and one single bed. But!!! Imagine our surprise to find an open shower in the family room! Thank you for at least putting the toilet behind a closed door. I understand everything, but for Canadians, this is too much. We don't walk around naked in front of our children, let alone shower in front of them.

A very beautiful and large hotel. Wonderful place. Wonderful restaurant on the premises.

Nothing was bad.

Upon arriving, the building looks like an average motel with no real flair. It was nice, but once entering the lobby, it was another world. A beautifully well done modern motel deserving of the four stars it represents. Super clean and quiet. Front staff was a bit neutral, not super friendly or bad, just average people doing their job. The breakfast staff and housekeeping staff were both very out-going and friendly. Would very much recommend this motel for furture stays.

The duvets were too warm for the time of year.

We stopped off for one night on our way north and it was just what we needed. There's a restaurant on-site but also two supermarkets, (Rewe and Lidl), very close by. We room was very quiet and the mattresses comfy. There was even a free bottle of water, a kettle and tea and coffee in our room. The breakfast was also very good with a nice selection. Something for everyone. All fresh meats, cheeses, etc were in protective glass cabinets. The breakfast room was large with additional outdoor seating. Everywhere was extremely clean.

Bathrooms were a bit tight, but overall very functional.

Breakfast Buffet with great selections - i didn't expect the huge varieties that were offered. Dozens of bread and rolls, also gluten free. Various styles of Eggs, cold cuts, smoked salmon, antipasti, caprese, cheeses, and so on. The overall offer was a level that i know from high price 5 star hotels.

the room itself is not any problem. Iam also a professional Painter (in my free time - Kropp-art.com) but i do have to mention that the style of the picture is something a trained eye is not considering as Art. It is fast produced, target was to bring colors on it and it is more distracting and not promoting the building. Also the room numbers and the shields where Art related not good. I would prefer that at least those shields have a better style and more PC Printed in Capital Letter and a nice Font.
