Room is cleaned every third day of your stay, and the towels and bed linens are also changed at that time, not sooner. Newetheless, you can always ask for new towels or anything you need at the reception. When you think of it, that is ok if you are thinking about the enviroment. My pillow was a bit low, but I folded it so it was ok:)

Kids liked bunk beds, we liked space for drinking coffee outside the hotel and in the hotel yard (among buildings). U-bahn enterance right in front of the hotel door, very convinient. We paid hotel garage 20 euro per 24h, worth every cent. Garage was clean, secure and you can use hotel elevator to get directly to your hotel room floor. Shower room was seperated from the toilet, we liked that. Very rich breakfast, great! Walking distance from Olympiapark, Olympia shopping center and BMW museum.

I would absolutely start from the Location: easy to get there from the Motorway, but the most is the Subway Station literally in front of the Hotel entrance, where the Line to the City Center stops, and bring you there in just 13 minutes. Good Breakfast, rich enough in choices. Indoor Parking very convenient for a quite honest Fee. Superb view on the Tower, Stadium and Surroundings of the Olympic Games of Munchen1972 from the window, at least if you get to be on the right side of the building, sure.

The location is great for a visit in the city. Couldn’t possibly be closer to the subway!

The pillows were terrible - very flat and not very comfortable.

This was our second stay at this excellent hotel. We like it because of the location near the Olympic park, but also easy access to the city centre as there is a metro next to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable for a couple of nights. The breakfast is excellent with a lot of choice. Very good value for money.

Air-conditioning wasn't properly working it was constantly hot it was more like a fan and was constantly turning off, we expected more meat options like sausages for breakfast ,our towels never dried in our room

Bit more expensive parking than we expected in booking.com reservation, but still ok. Chcek the hotel info for this. For lobger stay, our double decker room for 4 nearly adults would be too small, but for small kids/short stay - perfectly OK

Perfect style with "double decker" beds, spatially very effective (it was small, but for 1 night perfectly OK, even for 4 nearly adults), bathroom, breakfest, .. whole hotel .. according to the high standard we expected. Great location - close to Olympic park and directly ON subway. Thank you

Noisy from the street, especially in the morning. The hotel hosts groups of students, so it's very busy during the breakfast, on the reception and in the elevators.

The location is good: close to the metro and 15 min to the city centre. Our room was spacious with the panoramic city view. Good parking with a electric station (was 20EUR for charging per day). There are good grocery shops and bakeries in the Olympic city nearby.

Parking not included, price not indicated (20 Eur per night). Breakfast in general very good, varied, however staff not very nice, during breakfast peak time the service was managed poorly. Overall the hotel was very nice, clean and good fit for purpose (one night stay)
