How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.

Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Verified reviewThe hotel was a brisk walk from the olympia park. We loved that we were able to check in whenever we wanted because the reception was staffed 24/7.
Parking was quite expensive and especially on a busy weekend like Superbloom you aren‘t guaranteed to get one.

Verified reviewThe hotel as such as is fine, it is clean and well located.
We have booked a room for the family, so two adults and two children (2 and 5 year old). On the online booking, the picture for a four person room was a double bed and a bunk bed (our oldest son could sleep in the bottom bed and our smaller one could join us in the double bed). Upon our arrival, we were given a room with two bunk beds. Given the age of our children, this set-up was not safe enough. The staff was not very helpful, telling us that the image upon booking is indicative and they only had one such room in the entire hotel. We had to insist to be given another room, which was a normal double bed room and in the end they gave us a children cot, so our older son slept with us. We did not even get enough towels for 4 persons and did not feel well taken care of. Showing a picture of a room that is unlikely to be received, is misleading. The young age of our children was disregarded in this process and two bunk beds is not the same as a double bed with one bunk bed (to us "indicative" would mean the size of the room or the positioning of the furniture may vary but not the fundamental items themselves).

Verified reviewKids liked bunk beds, we liked space for drinking coffee outside the hotel and in the hotel yard (among buildings). U-bahn enterance right in front of the hotel door, very convinient. We paid hotel garage 20 euro per 24h, worth every cent. Garage was clean, secure and you can use hotel elevator to get directly to your hotel room floor. Shower room was seperated from the toilet, we liked that. Very rich breakfast, great! Walking distance from Olympiapark, Olympia shopping center and BMW museum.
Room is cleaned every third day of your stay, and the towels and bed linens are also changed at that time, not sooner. Newetheless, you can always ask for new towels or anything you need at the reception. When you think of it, that is ok if you are thinking about the enviroment. My pillow was a bit low, but I folded it so it was ok:)

Verified reviewI would absolutely start from the Location: easy to get there from the Motorway, but the most is the Subway Station literally in front of the Hotel entrance, where the Line to the City Center stops, and bring you there in just 13 minutes. Good Breakfast, rich enough in choices. Indoor Parking very convenient for a quite honest Fee. Superb view on the Tower, Stadium and Surroundings of the Olympic Games of Munchen1972 from the window, at least if you get to be on the right side of the building, sure.

Verified reviewIt's new, the breakfast was awesome and the transportation was so close it was so convenient. Only trick was finding our way from the parking garage to the hotel was a bit mysterious when you're tired from traveling. I wish I had stayed here for both my nights in Munich. It felt comfortable and safe, I generally do not like to stay in the city at all, but this place was great for the cost. They let me leave my car at the parking garage while I travelled into the old town center on the ungrounded transportation. I checked out at 9 am and picked up my car at 6 pm that evening. So helpful!!!
Please make coming up from the parking garage more clear.
